1 star only because there isnt a no star option website didnt inform me the product i was ordering was out of stock ..then sent wrong lenth and thickness ...was told i would have to wait another 10 days for a replacement i tried to explain to their customer service all my old worktop and sink gone she didnt seem boheted told me managers gone home for the weekend...seemed to find it funny and laughed lost my temper i admit but dont like been laught at refussed to refund money till they had picked up other worktop ...loads more i could say but PLEASE BEWARE Of this company customer service very very bad

Local supplier of good quality worktops in a selection of wood species at very competitive prices. Just a workshop (no showroom) but staff are friendly and happy to show samples. The worktop I was supplied had no blemishes with both sides of usable quality. Delivery was quick and fuss free.

Great price easy to order with friendly staff on the phone. We collected and warehouse staff were happy to show us the product before paying on the phone and also helped us load our van.

Responsive, practical, technically very competent. Delivery arrived late at night when most drivers would have gone home. Worktops are stunning (wide stave old oak) cut outs for gas hob, sink and round Aga, beautifully cut and finished. Staff were friendly and eager to help. No more expensive than three other suppliers we had quote. Would recommend them to anyone.

These guys run multiple accounts on eBay. In fact they flood the site to make it look like there's good healthy competition but in the end it's the same poor quality stock no matter which ad you're reading.

Purchase and delivery were fine but I bought 3 lengths at the same time to ensure they matched. The central length was 1.2mm thicker than the two meaning they don't align at all. Some guy called Todd told me it was the fitters fault as he'd sanded 1.2mm off the other two lengths. As an engineer I worked out what they would weigh and it's about 3.6kg of saw dust!!!!

Todd, what is wrong with you? Is this your first job out of school???

However, the worst past is the huge voids in the wood - both cutouts (sink and hob) have massive holes through the thickness of them so they look terrible and water gets in them - even when filled with epoxy.

Again, Einstein Todd tells me he can't replace it now it's been cut. How could I know there were voids in it without cutting it???? I should have guessed given how much filler is in the surfaces covering the gaps.

The finger joints don't have enough glue so let water in which then splits the staves. See the pics and you'll get the idea - these had been installed for about 4 months before they started coming apart.

In all, cheap horrible product no matter how much they try to use the word 'prime'...avoid!
