The staff at the Chester branch allowed us all the time we needed for the design of the room and were knowledgeable about the unit options available. They took the time to show us examples throughout the showroom of any items we requested to see.
We were kept informed during the delivery process and it was great to have a single point of contact who responded promptly to any emails sent . The delivery team phoned ahead on the delivery day, they were courteous and were very careful not to damage furniture whilst placing the units in our home. All items were correctly delivered as per the order and the vast majority of the packaging was recyclable which is great.
We chose Wren initially for the modern look of their kitchens, they seemed more stylish and innovative than all of their competitors and now having had the finished product I would not hesitate to recommend any one else to purchase a kitchen from them.
So impressed with the utility room look that we have decided to order a new kitchen from Wren and can't wait to see the finished result in that room!

We have been left with holes in the walls, unsafe electrics, unfitted cooker hub, fitted damaged cabinets two of which are unusable, unsightly brackets, a hidden unusable space heater, and a under sink set-up which has panels wedged by broken tiles, floor tiles missing and they have hidden exposed electric cables behind the cabinet.
The whole experience has left my wife heartbroken, her dream kitchen is a nightmare.
While Wren hide behind their unfair T&C's and blame the fitter, despite the fact they appointed the fitter. We are left seeking legal help to resolve, and paying for another company to resolve some of the problems at our additional cost
Our strong recommendation is do not buy Wren and if you do: do not use their appointed fitters.
I have fitted over a dozen of them (all supplied by clients)
And not 1 has ever turned up complete.
They do have a service that the client can order additional items, which is an online service.
But as they use a solitary depot, it is usually a week before it arrives.
I have called at their showrooms on a number of occasions and there is allways a customer complaining.
My advice is use another.
And NOT HOWDENS.
