Excellent customer service end to end - from the showroom staff all the way along the chain. We are so pleased with the end result now that the utility room is completed - great quality units which look fabulous. Placed the order whilst the sale was on so achieved a great price for the items purchased. The cupboards are supplied with plenty of shelves which was ideal as we needed additional storage and this was the main focus for updating the utility room.
The staff at the Chester branch allowed us all the time we needed for the design of the room and were knowledgeable about the unit options available. They took the time to show us examples throughout the showroom of any items we requested to see.
We were kept informed during the delivery process and it was great to have a single point of contact who responded promptly to any emails sent . The delivery team phoned ahead on the delivery day, they were courteous and were very careful not to damage furniture whilst placing the units in our home. All items were correctly delivered as per the order and the vast majority of the packaging was recyclable which is great.
We chose Wren initially for the modern look of their kitchens, they seemed more stylish and innovative than all of their competitors and now having had the finished product I would not hesitate to recommend any one else to purchase a kitchen from them.
So impressed with the utility room look that we have decided to order a new kitchen from Wren and can't wait to see the finished result in that room!

Wren kitchens have been fantastic from design to fitting, the completed kitchen is just lovely from design to quality … we are very very happy with wren and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend .

At the end of week 5 of a 2 week kitchen installation by Wren Kitchens, we have listed over 20 faults, and we still do not have a working kitchen despite being pressured to sign off the install at 9pm the previous week.

We have been left with holes in the walls, unsafe electrics, unfitted cooker hub, fitted damaged cabinets two of which are unusable, unsightly brackets, a hidden unusable space heater, and a under sink set-up which has panels wedged by broken tiles, floor tiles missing and they have hidden exposed electric cables behind the cabinet.

The whole experience has left my wife heartbroken, her dream kitchen is a nightmare.

While Wren hide behind their unfair T&C's and blame the fitter, despite the fact they appointed the fitter. We are left seeking legal help to resolve, and paying for another company to resolve some of the problems at our additional cost

Our strong recommendation is do not buy Wren and if you do: do not use their appointed fitters.

Wren kitchens are pretty poor.
I have fitted over a dozen of them (all supplied by clients)
And not 1 has ever turned up complete.
They do have a service that the client can order additional items, which is an online service.
But as they use a solitary depot, it is usually a week before it arrives.
I have called at their showrooms on a number of occasions and there is allways a customer complaining.
My advice is use another.
And NOT HOWDENS.

Wonderful place for kitchens. Lots on display. Very helpful staff. Not pushy at all.

From start to finish Wren kitchens have been fantastic. Designer was very helpful. No pressure. Always responded to our enquiries. Met our needs and saved us money. Offered solutions to an awkward area of our kitchen design. Strived to make this area work for us. Production & Delivery team kept us updated well. Did what they said they would. Used an independent fitter. Designer liaised with him. After sales also great. Door incorrectly drilled by my fitter? Replacement door supplied for free no quibbles. Oven broke after damaged in transit? Replacement oven supplied at a discounted price. Problems getting through to Wren customer care? Compensated accordingly. 5 months after fitting & kitchen is holding up to family life well including teenager cooking experiments & younger child storing an egg in a cupboard (that cracked). Still looks like a lot more expensive kitchen than it is. Very satisfied customers. 100% recommend Wren.

We had a great experience at Wren. The designer was excellent and really accommodating with all the minor changes we wanted. The delivery arrangements were spot on and even when we had to return a couple of pieces new ones were dispatched very speedily. Ten out of ten. We didn't't get Wren to fir the kitchen just to supply the furniture and the appliances. Their prices were very good for the appliances and beat all others. We even got interest free credit on everything. What's not to like?

My Wren kitchen experience was first class from start to finish. Everything was coordinated perfectly from our initial kitchen design to delivery and installation. Our fitter organised the electrics, plumbing and tiling and everything was done with professionalism from removal and disposal of old kitchen to delivery and installation of new kitchen. 5* service throughout. 33717916.
