Nothing but great service from Tim and the team at Magnet Caterham! We are over the moon with our kitchen that was expertly fitted by a kitchen fitter recommended by Magnet.

Tim was efficient in making changes throughout the process. He offered advice but allowed us to make our own choices, avoiding the hard sell. We stayed within budget by opting for the Luna range which was on special offer at the time and buying discounted appliances directly from Magnet, all of which we're really pleased with.

A few finishing touches , replacing the cool lighting for warm, a big new table in the middle, and it will be perfect! Thanks Magnet! We LOVE it :-)

Ifrah the kitchen designer. Please ask for her if you go to the Caterham branch. The most impartial, patient and friendly adviser I have ever met! I was only visiting the area, so she said it would be better to go to my local branch. I would love to have given her my commission

I defintely recommend Magnet Caterham, or more specifically, the manager Tim. He was truly superb. Great attention to detail and really wants to ensure that the customer gets the best. (We delt with the Caterham branch between December 2018 and May 2019).

Okay as kitchen showrooms go but was surprised by the seemingly lower quality of the options than expected. I always thought Magnet were a premium brand but it did not appear so.

Dreadful service at Magnets Crawley today. Store was empty except one couple browsing, but sales assistant was 'too busy ' to give me a price on some kitchen units and would not have time today as fully booked. The store was empty! They obviously don't want people to buy a magnet kitchen and with customer service like that, I will certainly go elsewhere!

We visited Magnet late in the year in 2020. We spent a vast amount of time researching exactly what we wanted. COVID restricted our efforts and it wasn’t until Jan 2022 that work started. There are always hick ups with any project and ours was no exception. It was topped by our kitchen designer leaving Magnets on the day our kitchen was delivered. This really shook our confidence but we really should not have worried. Our kitchen fitters Zarko and Tod were exceptional. Zarko built a cover for a pipe that would extend above our units. This worried us, but we should not have worried. His work was fantastic, a work of art. Yasmin the manager at Caterham took over from our missing designer. She was presented with some real delay issues but worked with us to ensure everything arrived late but not too late. She was a star..
In all we now possess a kitchen fit for Royalty. A beautifully example of quality workmanship.
Ok it wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for.
My advice stick with the premium ranges and make sure you get Zarko to fit it !!

Visited the Caterham branch today. Wanted to buy a single oven, combi oven and induction hob, however the 2 members of staff were too busy talking to each other to ask if I needed any help. I had to go ask for information about the appliances, and they simply handed me a brochure and went back to their conversation. Obviously the Caterham branch didn’t want the business. So I went to another store (not magnet) and made a purchase where the staff actually spoke to me and helped!
