Not a very good thus far. Lack of communication . Kitchen not completed after a week as promised. We still have plinths missing, Heater not working yet. no sealant around the worktops, The Design service was good but everything else has been poor so far.

Lovely kitchen, terrible service. I recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by Magnet Exeter and now wish I had taken my custom elsewhere. Errors made by the designer (who also happened to be the manager at that time) meant that when they came to install the kitchen both the fridge and oven didn't fit. Despite being given correct professional technical drawings and specifications of our kitchen they entered them incorrectly and they did not have the correct knowledge of their own units, using out of date unit sizes. All this was not apparent until installation began.Getting this rectified was a nightmare, they were difficult to get hold of and I was constantly told that whoever I was speaking to did not know anything about our case but that someone would get back to me. Well that never happened and I always had to keep contacting them. Emails were ignored too. When I did manage to speak to the designer he was rude, completely unapologetic and indifferent. Eventually after three months a new manager took over who was able to help. He found that things I had been repeatedly told for weeks had been done to rectify our problems had actually not and he was able to sort it all out within a couple of hours. Hopefully this change in management is a turn for the better for this company but unfortunately I would not be recommending them to anyone based on this experience.

Only used the trade counter but very friendly and helpful. Computer system for invoices is a bit of a time drain very slow.

I needed some additional kitchen units for a house I had just moved into. I dealt with Hitch who was extremely helpful and came up with the perfect design for the various gaps in our kitchen. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and his technical skills were excellent. Within 2 weeks, we had the units delivered and fitted so I am very happy with the service provided. I was able to follow up easily with Hitch re delivery and other queries and I would thoroughly recommend. The units are also very good quality.
