in the 12 months of ownership of our range rover sport the barrett's team have truly enhanced our ownership experience in a number of ways.

Our favourite highlights have been having to have our vehicle in on a monthly basis to fix the issues that they don't fix. We have also thoroughly enjoyed having to pay £400 for a fault that was meant to be fixed under warranty.

If you enjoy leaving countless messages with reception that don't get a reply (or even when you do get a call back you get told its not their fault things keep breaking) then this dealership is for you.

When my smartkey battery died and I was unable to open the car door I called Barretts Land Rover Canterbury who had sold me my Land Rover Discovery Sport - while waiting for someone to call me back on the telephone to tell me how to get the car started Martin Firrell arrived at my door and fixed the problem in a couple of seconds. Amazing service thank you so much. Frances the Receptionist was very helpful too.

A really spacious and fancy dealership. The Jaguar F-Type is one of my favorite cars, but we were there as one of our group was purchasing a Range Rover Sport. The salesman showed every feature of the car to the new owner, which was great. Meanwhile, the rest of us took advantage of the free cookies, candy and drinks! There's a retail section inside the dealership with jackets, keyrings, travel bags, cups and other assorted items to display your love of Jaguar and Land Rover.
