On behalf of me and my family, I wanted to thank you for the service, starting with the receptionists and ending with the great work of my great friend BEAU, from the first moment we went we felt very happy with the manner and treatment of said person, he makes things a lot easier for us and always tries to look at the best option for me and my family, nothing to reproach, only words of appreciation , because even when we have had any doubts or questions, (he always answers you at any time) he is incredible Once again, thank you very much for everything and there should be more people like that, since we come from the Mercedes company we realise it is a company that cares more about customer service than sales and that is what makes you different.
Thank you very much once again and especially to the Great Beau
One more thing, there should be an option of giving 20 starts

I had an excellent, first class experience at Lookers, with Ali. He was attentive and smart and very quick. He found us exactly the car we wanted, sourced it from the other end of the country and gave us the deal we were looking for on a trade in. And he did it all so quickly! We had our new car within 4 days of first entering the showroom. Can recommend Ali very highly indeed!

I have just purchased my dream car from Lookers Land Rover Battersea and am extremely happy. I only feel the need to leave positive reviews if the retailer has gone above and beyond and that was certainly the case. This is my first purchase from Land Rover Battersea and I know I would go back as the first purchase went smoothly and I was very happy. I certainly would like to say a massive thank you to Ali who helped me through all the options and everything. Ali definitely made everything clear and easy going and did it so well that I would recommend him to any one and look forward to doing Buisness with him in the future thanks again Ali 👍

Beau Shulman is by far the best salesman in this dealership.
He’s looked after me and my family for years and always sticks to his word.
I hope this dealership appreciates this man’s work honesty and integrity is his priority number one.

I cannot say enough about the customer service of this man, always would highly recommend this dealership and deal with this man.

I’ve just had an excellent service from Beau at Lookers Battersea.

Beau has gone over and above to help with my new Range Rover purchase, easy to deal with and in regular communication. It’s the second RR I’ve bought from Lookers Battersea and both purchases and handovers have gone smoothly and hassle free. Thanks again to Beau for the extra push and effort!

I wish I had read these reviews before I had committed to leasing my Discovery Sport in July 2020. Beau in the Sales Team seems to get a lot of glowing references when it comes to selling and in my experience he was fine (but no better than that - a bit pushy and then on to the next one but to be fair I guess that is the nature of the job). There is another review on here which sums Looker's attitude up pretty well. I paraphrase but basically it goes along the lines that they're ok when you're trying to buy a vehicle but once you've crossed over into being a real customer they literally don't want to know you when it comes to service and after sales care. Within three weeks of taking delivery the car developed a potentially lethal fault - too long a story to go into here but basically an inability to open the doors from the outside and more alarmingly from the inside. Being trapped inside is much more dangerous than the frustration of not being able to gain entry. This potentially lethal fault has now occurred three times within a 26 month period. The abject failings of the car itself are horrendous but only surpassed by THE MOST CONSISTENTLY INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I am not exaggerating. Most service focused businesses spend time training their people to provide ever improving levels of customer care. I can only assume that Lookers for some perverse reason train their staff to do completely the opposite - at a corporate level the response to customers genuine concerns borders on contempt. Actually I don't really blame the individuals who are manning the front desk. They are in an invidious (and I'm sure stress inducing) position trying to make excuses for a business which seems to completely ignore customer care as part of its culture. I could go on and detail some of the more significant examples of Looker's incompetence and dissembling but I really don't have the energy or time. Doubtless I will receive a response to this post from Lookers and it will be the lazy copy and paste response that virtually all (and there are a lot of us) dissatisfied customers have received. It took me a while to notice this but if you take a look almost anyone who has expressed dissatisfaction on the site has received word for word that same bland response. Pathetic. Lookers service and after sales are at best completely useless and I should have stuck with BMW. Avoid at all costs. And for the avoidance of doubt they only get one star because the site won't allow you to post zero stars.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. No feedback and they have been holding my car for weeks without so much as a bit of an update. Today I asked for my car back and they refused to release it back to me. Even Land Rover acknowledged this is extremely poor service yet they are not prepared to do anything. Will never use them again and Land Rover has some serious questions to answer.
