The reviews do show a true colour of this company. They make you question yourself weather you are mentally ill or not 😔

Car was dropped off to have something on the suspension changed which was done.
We also asked to have a look at one of the wing mirrors as it wasn't adjusting propely and it could be replaced under warranty.

When collecting the car, I was told the wing mirror is working fine and no work needs to be carried out. On further inspection with the technician he agreed that the wing mirror motor needs to be replaced.

I took the car home and it was booked in for the following week to be replaced. The car was picked up by driver. Two days later I was told that the work has been carried out under extended warranty as agreed and will be delivered by 18:30 on Friday.

The car was never delivered. I called at 9 next morning to be told that there is an outstanding payment of £1260 for the replacement of the whole wing mirror.

I then was told that the car can't be released without the full payment. I made my way to Tottenham.

Poor MO had to deal with my frustration and this mess up caused by his colleagues called "KID".

I never authorised the replacement of the whole wing mirror when we only needed the motor changed.

MO agreed that he can't explain who authorised this work to be carried out.

MO spoke to the Manager over the phone and I was given two options.
A) to pay the full amount and take the car home. Or

B) they take off the new wing mirror and put on the old again.

I have wasted so much time in dropping off and collecting my car and no work has been carried out.

KID and the technicians are an absolute shame to this apparently luxury brand. It's beyond my belief how you can deal with a customer like this.

From first saying there was no issue with the wing mirror to then agreeing there is an issue. They then replaced the whole wing mirror 😔

Land Rover Tottenham never again.

Had my evoque serviced there for its 6years service. Initial communication was great however i had to chase them up at around 4.30pm to check if my car would be ready. Would have appreciated a estimated time at some point of the day as i live about 40 to 60min drive away from the centre.
Also their online tracking system to see the cars progress through the workshop doesnt work.

Was served by few people initially by Oz who was really polite and professional.

Will most likely use again in the future.

2 year service carried out on the day with collection and drop off done by Stratstone. Very straightforward and simple.

I received excellent service from Stratstone Tottenham. Shante-Lee and all the customer service team were very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the Service my car would receive.
Mr Ferdi who collected and returned my vehicle was very professional and gave excellent advice on vehicle maintenance and security. I would highly recommend Stratstone Tottenham and will be using them again in the future.

The Manager Hayden (hope I got his name right) is awesome! Went above and beyond to support with collection and delivery (something he doesn’t normally do) and even came back with a little gift. Super grateful

Great experience with this garage unlike the last JLR garage I went to.
Everything was explained and fault rectified quickly special thanks to Keeley who dealt with the issue and kept me informed from start to finish.

Poor customer service as was told by manager one thing then another told me otherwise. I don’t recommend using this service centre if you don’t look like you can afford a Land Rover as some staff look down upon.
