Rang nearly 2 month ago to report my Discovery Sport Premium LED auto levelling headlights were terrible. Was told someone would call back to book the vehicle in. No call back! I’ve Rang another 4 times and been promised the same and still no call back. Was told yesterday and today the customer service manager would call me and still no call back. Unbelievable! I won’t be buying a new vehicle off them as I was planning. The thing is nobody seems to care. Shameful service. The response from customer service below is that they had the wrong number which i have also emailed to Kayleigh and they still haven't contacted me.

Having recently bought a new vehicle I have to say I totally agree with some of these comments! Rushed into signing a deal to meet the salesman’s month end targets at very short notice which I sort of get. Now they have got my money after sales service is shocking - how much does it cost to produce and deliver a new set of number plates????

I was recommended this dealership by someone working in the marketing department at head office! The team will receive feedback based on my experience! 😩

After picking up a car after they ‘fixed’ the car pay the nearly £3000 bill! And as soon as I get the car the engine light showed up (which wasn’t on before I dropped it off) I went back in and told them the problems. I said “I’m not leaving until it’s fixed” (as I had no other way of getting home, expecting my car to be fixed) then Neil (the so called ‘principle’) said “don’t demand or we won’t look at it at all… absolutely disgusting! I would expect that kind of tone from a back street garage not a Range Rover dealership. After paying £3000 everything should be checked (for that money) They didn’t even offer to take home until later… didn’t even apologise they just said “it hasn’t had any engine work done” and then say “it’s been in and out of the workshop” (which was a red flag for me as they could’ve been doing all sorts😂) when a customer comes back and tells them there’s a problem they should fix it straight away instead of saying “we can get it in at 16:30” (baring in mind it was around 14:00) absolutely disgusting service. This place is a joke and are more than happy to take your money and once you’ve paid fob you off! Please avoid as they think they can get away with it (especially Neil)

P.S. your lying when you put ‘ We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest standards for our customers’ if you did “maintain the highest standards” my car wouldn’t have had an EML light and I wouldn’t be wasting my time writing bad reviews -
neither would other people….

After buying a car from these the after sales support was absolutely atrocious, they don’t honour warranty or take responsibility for any faults or issues raised. The car was not checked properly on delivery, it did not feel like we bought from an approved dealer at all. My advice would be to avoid Sturgess and go to a Sytner garage who have been much more helpful.

1 star is an exaggeration. Wish we had an option to leave minus 5!
We have 4 Land Rovers in our family fleet , three of which we purchased from Sturgess new. On our Discovery 5, the rear diff was replaced under warranty in November 2020 (vehicle only 3 years old , so this in its self is poor) and the oil is now leaking and the diff grinding. Parts informed us that the replaced diff would be under warranty for replacement again. Agreed we had to pay £198 for diagnostics and booked vehicle in. When we arrived at reception on day of booking, staff advised no longer under warranty! Confrontation had with staff and had to wait 30 minutes for Kayleigh the manager to come and see me in the depot. Diagnosed by the workshop that the diff IS leaking, but it isn't under warranty! Absolutely appalling service. Been waiting 6 days for a call back, guess that isn't going to happen!! I have been in the motor trade for over 40 years, will not be fobbed off. Going to take the advice of some of the other reviews and try another dealership, see if they value their customers. Clear to see there's big issues here, the reviews 2 years plus ago are mainly 5*, now its a sea of 1* reviews all saying the same. I can't believe LandRover UK are happy to have their brand represented in such way and will be contacting them directly too.

Professional dealership, but the service given to us by Matt S, went above and beyond. Very happy with our new car and very impressed with Matt. Would recommend 100%.

Thank you thank you thank you. Not just for the amazing customer service, but also the lovely team spirit. Especially to the young lady on the service desk and Kuran as well as everyone who was working tonight- after my little accident in the car park 🤦🏽‍♀️ . This garage goes beyond and above for customers. First time here and I will defo il be back next year. Take care all.

Awful service. Impossible to get through to anyone. Not sure anyone has a clue what's going on there at the moment. Parts department is absolutely abysmal, have to call through to a different service and wait for them to put me through to them, the call just bounces back as no one ever answers!!! Only way you get through to them is if they think you're buying a car hahaha typical
