The service we have received from Dan has been amazing on our recent vehicle purchase. Nothing is too much trouble and he is really helpful with regards to getting the vehicle we needed. After sales enquiries have also been answered straight away. Couldn’t recommend Dan and Lookers Land Rover Buckinghamshire enough.

Fastest car sale I ever had completed . Very friendly customer service . Process of the car sale was very well explained by Paul Carter. Paul was very rapid in answering all my email communication after my visit to the show room. Mad the collection day a memorable experience for my son.

Just brought a I pace . A great experience from start to finish . Sales team were excellent our sales adviser Paul carter was so helpful, explained all about vehicle and gave myself and my husband confidence in going forward with full electric vehicle . On collecting car it was a wow ! Unveiling in style with full explanation of how vehicle and gadgets all work . Would highly recommend this garage . Have used there service centre before also excellent. A Very Happy customer 😊

Very good service from Paul in sales. After a delay from Land Rover the car was delivered before anticipated. Car was presented very well with the service to match. Would recommend this dealership.

To say I am exhausted with the ongoing issues with my vehicle and the way management have handled it is an understatement. I don’t have the energy to go into all the details but the bottom line is the management is useless. Don’t be fooled by the responses on the google reviews asking to email or call a number as there is no help or rectification on their end. You will get diverted back to the number to Aylesbury branch to the people you are originally having problems with and they don’t care! Management does not help at all. If you want to be without a car for weeks on end with no loan car or updates whatsoever and want to struggle trying to get through via telephone for an update then this is definitely the dealership for you. You will get your car returned to you weeks later with no work done to it at all as no fault would have been found but they would keep my car for more time than needed without telling me it was ready to pick up despite it originally going in with an engine light on with a Land Rover assist paperwork explaining the fault. Even when the car goes in with lights (having an issue with the washer fluid) it comes back out with the same light on. I only knew it was ready after continuously calling to try and get through to be told you can collect your car weeks later. My car has been in numerous times for the same problem for it to come straight back out with the same problem because the part they ordered wasn’t the one to fix the problem. I am then put on another 6-8 waiting list to get it repaired. This has been ongoing for the last 4 months at least.

Fabulous experience and felt incredibly lucky to be looked after by Paul Carter. Paul was knowledgeable about numerous models and showed professionalism at all times. His patience whist we were choosing the car was very much appreciated. I never felt pressured and am delighted with our final choice of vehicle. A huge thanks to Paul for his advice and experience which shone through at all times!

Overall we had a good experience with Lookers Buckinghamshire. However, central to that positive experience was the expertise and knowledge of the sales executive Paul Carter. Paul provided sensible advice about the design of the exterior and interior of our new vehicle. He was patient throughout our dealings with him. His explanations were clear. He was particularly helpful during the handover of the new vehicle.
