Excellent service and very friendly experience. I recently bought my first car in UK with this dealership and I am amaze how smooth this entire deal has happened.
Special accolade to Richard, who have been very helpful and knowledgeable through out the deal. His customer management skills are at top. He sorted everything within single day when my visit was actually came as surprise to make the deal final on that particular day.
Thumbs up and definitely recommend to others.

I don't buy cars that often so it's always like a new, and slightly daunting, experience. I saw Richard Chandiram who helped me with my previous purchase, which was a beautiful car. I knew what I wanted for my new car, and Richard sourced the perfect model, took all the strain off me and guided me through the necessary documentation surprisingly quickly.

His enthusiasm was infectious, and I now have another lovely car.

Richard was friendly, polite and professional, and I hope he's still there when I exchange my new, current vehicle

I went there once with an intermittent starting fault on a 110 TD5. They had it for the day and were unable to replicate, diagnose or rectify the issue. When I went to pick the vehicle up I was dealt with by a male who I was later advised one of the Harwoods family. Despite not being able to diagnose or sort the problem he was insistent in charging me a considerable fee which didn't feel fare or inspire confidence in the vehicle which continued to let me down. If you are considering leaving a vehicle with this company I would ensure you are happy with the terms and likely fees.

Unable to leave zero stars unfortunately. Wish I never purchased my car from Harwoods Croydon. I’ve bought new cars for the last 12 years and this was my first used car. Maybe used car customers are treated differently but the customer service and my whole experience has been appalling and distressing. I did not expect to have so many issues starting from the experience of collecting my car to the amount of problems within the first month of having the car. If I could walk back in hand back the keys and take my previous car back I would! Shocking service from both sales and service departments. Can’t even speak to anyone about making a complaint! They don’t call you back. I’ve always financed and bought from main dealerships, Audi for the past 10 years. I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like this. Awful is an understatement.

Yes Harwoods have responded to this review BUT yet again more lies!! The email doesn’t work that has been left for me to contact Tracy on and even when I manage to find the correct email I get no response. Nobody wants to follow up anything. Do not be fooled!! I’ve also contacted sales twice with no response. Shocking.

My recent experience at Harwoods in Coulsdon has been first class. I really could not have asked for more help from their Sales Advisor, Anthony Ayim. He was extremely patient and took the time to answer every question, from the moment I first spoke with him until I collected the car - which involved about 5 visits to the showroom. I wasn't 100% sure about whether to buy a Range Rover but he helped me to make my decision. At no point did I feel pressurised and he gave me the time to think about my best option without imposing his choices. He is an asset to Harwoods as he goes the extra mile for his customers. I hope he is being treated well as an employee!

Where do I begin. Andy from parts is just utterly aggressive and purposely rude, he goes out of his way to be unhelpful. Andy should not be working alongside the general public when he clearly has no customer service or interest in his role. Me and my loved ones have all unfortunately had the same experience at this branch. I can see another comment in regards to buying a second hand vehicle, she is absolutely right, you are treated differently when buying new or used vehicles. I will be taking my complaint further, this branch must be re-trained and new faces are needed to say the least. Me and 3 family members were going to cash buy vehicles from here but we have gone elsewhere as the level of service here is just atrocious!! As for those in charge, stop playing a blind eye, it is evident you all know what is going on, do something about it!!!

Daniel Cole is thoroughly professional Land Rover sales representative. He made us feel at ease and went through all available options. Without pressure and providing sound advice he guided us to the right vehicle for us at the right price. He is accomplished at his profession and his attention to detail was excellent. His offer to assist after sale to explain anything that we did not understand, even to the point of offering to make a brief video to assist us, is outstanding service. Thoroughly recommended and a credit to Land Rover sales

Just bought a new range Rover Evoque from Harwoods and I was very impressed with the service I got.
I must congratulate Richard Chandiram who provided me with brilliant service and helped me immensely throughout the whole procedure of finding a car, exchanging my existing car and Ive ended up with a wonderful new car with no hassle.
