Grange Land Rover Hatfield

I have absolutely no idea when it comes to cars, I am completely clueless. Gavin at Grange really reassured me and made sure I had the best experience buying the right car for me. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes A Class and I absolutely love it! The specification of the car suited me perfectly. I will definitely seek Gavin’s expertise in purchasing my next car in the future.

Antonio, the salesman is an excellent sales person. He showed us the car we bought with great details and helped to rectify most of the faults given it was a second car we bought. To further assist, Antonio has gone beyond his way to organise a courtesy car and to further resolve some mechanical issues. I'd definitely recommend Antonio as a genuine honest person when dealing with buying your next car whether it's new or second hand car. He also cautioned us to check for many additional features of the car to ensure we are 100% satisfied before purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle is now with the service team to fix the remaining issues given it's under warranty so I am expecting another excellent service from the service team for their continued efforts to showcase Land Rover excellent customer service. Antonio please continue to provide your excellent sales service as it's very rare to encounter good and genuine sales persons these days. Well done!

After some initial difficulty in getting responses to queries I took a drive down to the Hatfield Jaguar branch and met Antonio Sannolla. He went out of his way to help us decide on the car and gave exceptional service. His colleagues at handover were also really helpful and the car is delightful. Good experience overall.

Normally you walk into a garage and come out with a big smile knowing you're respected and your business is welcomed. This company (LAND ROVER HATFIELD), is rather the opposite. The least said the better.

I left that garage today feeling I'm not needed there. Absolutely, horrific. No wonder I wasn't called back like promised.

Your customer service and human relation personals needs to be trained to meet industrial standards.

I have had an absolute pleasurable experience with Antonio. What a kind, hard working person, who couldn’t do enough for me. Grange should be thankful for the staff member they have, as a few years back I couldn’t have been more disappointed, but what a difference a few years has made. Defiantly will be buying from them again.

I bought a new Discovery Sport from Grange Land Rover. Although it is my sixth new Land Rover I have to say Antonio who handled the sale was absolutely excellent from start to finish and gave the best customer service I have had with Land Rover. The handling of the extras been fitted and my part exchange was very professional but also friendly and relaxed. The car has now done its first thousand miles and I am very pleased with it.
I would recommend Antonio very highly if you are wanting to discuss and purchase a new Land Rover - thank you Antonio you were a pleasure to deal with!

I contacted Range Rover Hatfield explaining that I had a £40,000 deposit to put down on a car and was interested in a Range Rover. There was a complete lack of politeness and I found them to be rather rude. Happy to say that I’ve sourced my Range Rover since then without the poor service or assistance from this terrible dealership. I don’t recommend them and I can say with confidence that I will never use this particular dealership.

5 star service from start to finish! Gavin was attentive, understanding and reassuring. I had reservations about buying an automatic as I have always driven a manual, however Gavin soon put my mind at ease. Very professional, exceptionally customer focused and a genuinely nice man, who knows cars inside and out! A fantastic experience, thank you Gavin.
