Great Customer Service Not!!!!!

Having spoke to Daniel yesterday, he said he was in the area relatively close to me and he would call this afternoon.

I have waited in all afternoon, I text him and asked if he was still calling as time was getting on.

He didn't have the decency to phone or message to say he could not attend. It would have been good to know early enough, which would have enabled me to do something else with my time, instead of wasting it waiting for him to turn up!!!!!

Dan and Shane were brilliant under the challenging South Wales weather. Done in less than 2 days and to a really high standard! Dan's communication was great and the finish of the lawn is excellent. Wouldnt hesitate to recommed Dan and his team and hope to use them again in the future!
