Just ordered 2 bags of seasoned logs. Completely dry and cut to perfect size for log burner… will definitely order again

On the 25th of October 22, I purchased tiles for my garden from there, it was £1549 for 40 m² I was told if there was any left as long as they stayed in the packaging I could return them within 28 days. After this was completed I had 10 left over, which was away £208. However, only five of these work remains in the packaging. Therefore, on the 8th of November I tried to return the five packs for a total of £104 credit note. Nevertheless, even though they still remains in the packaging and it was within 28 days of purchased a refuse to give me a credit note.

Massams Supplies Ltd Are breaking government legislation.

The following statement is a direct extraction from government legislation.

“You don't have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. Sellers can ask you to pay if something gets damaged because it wasn’t packaged properly.

The seller can also ask you to pay (or reduce your refund) if you’ve reduced the value of the item, for example if you wore shoes outside and scuffed the soles - but they can only do this if it’s in the terms and conditions.

If your contract says you must use the original packaging, this is likely to be considered an ‘unfair contract term’. You can tell the seller this and see if they’ll agree to accept the return without the original packaging.“

Ultimately, although the packaging was slightly wet, as I have photographs of this. I can categorically say the items were 100% not damaged.

Recommendations: do not use this company, as they have no respect for their customers.

Disgusting place so unfriendly, and a rip off .Will not refund if goods are faulty , plants are awfull too by reports really looks as if it is closing down
Stay away from this place and go elsewhere., just money grabbers worst Xmas display I have ever seen and freezing inside too.

Ordered logs for our stove from here. Received great service and the logs are great size and dry. Will be our supplier from now on, thanks massams team

What a great company I will be getting more stuff from them in the future, the truck driver who made my delivery was more than helpful using his HiAb to lift a 1 Ton bag of stones in to the correct place, saving me a whole days work with a barrow, great company, very helpful land on time, Thank You Kindly

Bought two ton bags of firewood for £250 including free delivery in November just tried to order another ton bag £130 plus £20 delivery charge rip off merchant will never buy from you again

Great firm to deal with. Good quality materials at very realistic prices. Emma was extremely helpful when I first place my order over the phone and came back to me very quickly to confirm that all the materials I had ordered were in stock. She also quoted an acceptable delivery date. The fee for delivery was extremely reasonable especially when compared to other competitors in the area. One who wanted £37 more for very little more distance.
The order was delivered 3/4 days ahead of the anticipated date which enabled us to start work on our project quicker than expected . Thanks must also go to the delivery driver who was very helpful and accommodating and left all materials exactly where we wanted them .
