I was just checking the opening times for tomorrow morning and realised there was 99 reviews and I wanted to be the 100th.
The guys and girls at stonezone are the best out of all the building merchants I shop at. The customer service is genuinely friendly and easy to order both in store and on the phone. Special thanks to Steve, Ian and Heather from the ferndown branch. Plan on using them long term.

My wife and I bought 18 bags in total of the Polar White 20mm gravel from the Stone Zone and Landscaping depot in the Ferndown Industrial Estate on Monday and I’m sorry to say we have had quite a bad experience. The stones in the first 12 bags they supplied were very dirty and mixed with lot of mud. When I went back and complained they said those bags had been packed by themselves and I need to give those a good wash. They then gave me another 6 bags from a different company and the stones in these were not only much cleaner but also whiter in shade. Unfortunately by that time our landscapers had already laid down the gravel from the previous 12 bags and if that was not the case then I would have returned those straight away.

I have always found the team very friendly and helpfull. They carry a wide range of stock and the delivery always comes on the day specified. The prices are exceptional as is the quality of the product.

Exceptional service from the Bournemouth store. The Bournemouth store is a little hard to find but this is more than compensated for by the good old fashioned service offered by the store manager. I highly recommend.
