We've always used Arc for supplies because the staff are always are so helpful, and the materials are great quality. We've just had our garden fence replaced, Jon came out initially and measured up, then Sam and Chris fitted it, they were all great. The fence looks amazing, and has made a huge difference to our garden, we are thrilled with the way it turned out. Sam & Chris worked really hard, they were a pleasure to deal with, and so professional.
The final cost came in less than initially quoted, great value.
From my first phone enquiry to the fitting everyone at Arc was so helpful and approachable. We would highly recommend Arc to anyone thinking of having work done

Very good service and in a business like manner. Had to return some pieces of fencing as it didn't match what my customer already had and there was no problem for Ark to make the repayment onto the credit card account

Ordered fencing from Ark after being let down by another company through Screwfix. Came within 5 working days. Strong and well made.
Adam dropped it off but noticed one panel had a few split/mouldy lengths so was unhappy to leave it. Promised to pop back with a replacement by the end of the week but actually returned later that day :)
I had also added a garden bench to the order which was good quality and a great price.
Will definitely go to them first next time and glad to support a local business.

I always try to use local businesses if possible when purchasing goods however, twice I have had quotes from Ark fencing and they are always the most expensive, today they were 20% more expensive than 2 other local suppliers. I would advise you to shop around if you have had a quote from them.
I may be starting up my own outdoor bar business in the future but they lost my business already.
