I visit the salon regularly to get my eyebrows threaded. The therapists do a good job, all very experienced and friendly. What’s great is they have appointments at short notice or can often squeeze you in during the day. Highly recommend!

I get my eyebrows tinted, and threaded regularly. All the girls are warm, professional and brilliant. Been coming here for a few years and will continue. Temps taken when you walk in, hand sanitiser is on the desk as you walk in too. They're all doing a brilliant job in the current circumstances!

I only get my eyebrows threaded at HC MedSpa and the service in Radlett is always professional & friendly! One time when I was going to get my eyebrows done, I convinced my friend to get them done at the same time she said “this is the best my eyebrows have looked in a while”. I will always recommend!

I have been going to HC Medspa in Radlett for over a year now, for laser hair removal and I am so pleased. The service is excellent and they are all so friendly and helpful. Sophia in particular who has been doing the laser, is amazing. So thorough and good at her job and we have also built a lovely rapport and I look forward to seeing her every 6 weeks!

From the first session I had with Sophia she was professional friendly and really honest about what was achievable in my treatments. I trust her completely in her recommendations and also the standard that she has provided for me consistently. Her manner is warm, friendly and she put me at ease straight away when I started my beauty treatments. I have completed one course of stretch mark removal and cellulite reduction (now on my 2nd course) and have also had the face tightening treatment. I am always asking about new treatments and she patiently answers all my questions giving me an honest answer which I value greatly hence the reason why I keep coming back.
