Such a lovely bright space, with a warm and welcome feel. The staff are all fantastic and very friendly. Lena and Rebecca, who have guided me through my recent treatments are really knowledgeable and they really put you at ease. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for laser hair removal and beyond!

Cambridge Brooklands Sk!n Clinic is one of the places I feel incredibly comfortable; as a Trans Woman looking for a place to have my Laser Hair Removal, it was a bit of a scary prospect, especially with it being my first step along my transition; however after an initial meeting, they have been incredible, friendly staff, super accommodating, kind and empathetic!

Gail, my technician, is wonderful and I'm so thankful to have had her support if only a monthly visit throughout my journey, I would highly recommend to anybody in the local area. :)

I have been going her for over a year now and this is the first time I have written a review. When I first started going I had a lady who was fantastic sadly she left and I have since felt the staff were lacking basically care. However my most recent appointment was lovely.
The member of staff was informative and gentle. I believe the rest of the staff should take a leaf out of her book!

My appointment was delayed by more than 30 minutes, the doctor who saw me was not wearing a mask even though I was, the appointment itself lasted for less than 10 minutes throughout which I did not feel the doctor listened to me, offer an appropriate solution to my problem or have a very good bedside manner. Furthermore, I had asked for an appointment with a dermatologist but the doctor who saw me was a plastic surgeon. Overall extremely poor experience, a waste of money and time and in conclusion, no, I would not recommend your clinic or your services to anyone.

01/08/2022 update: further to the clinic's email asking to contact me to discuss in more detail the doctor appointment I had, I replied to you that I would be happy to, only to get an "email undeliverable" error. There is absolutely no link or any other way to reply to your request, which is puzzling: you either want to discuss further, in which case you provide a means of communication, or you only want to appear to care and want to improve which is beyond unprofessional.

02/08/2022 update: I was contacted by the clinic manager, who was very polite, apologized and assured me my comments will be shared with the doctor. I was also offered a complimentary appointment with a dermatologist which I declined.

Very happy with my results!

I have been curious about trying various treatments to improve my skin. Decided to give this clinic a go, and very pleased with the whole experience!
I was initially seen by Emily, who explained in detail all of her recommended options. I opted for the hydrafacial, and left very happy with the instant improvement I could see.

I’m already booked in for a second treatment and will continue to use this clinic 5/5

Always a great service when I attend and the team are always friendly. Emily was especially helpful given me advice on how to look after my skin. I will definitely be buying another treatment.

Everything was fine, there was a bit of an issue with the loan company used to set up the payment plan. My application was rejected but I'd already received my treatment, so we were all a bit stuck on what to do as I couldn't afford to pay the full price upfront and they couldn't exactly take the filler out of my face!

Luckily the receptionist was able to print out an agreement which I signed to make sure that they are able to carry out the direct debit from my account each month, so I thank her for that, she could see I was getting a bit panicky and upset as I obviously didn't want to look like I was doing some sort of mad fill-and-run.

Other than that I'd say the clinician was really nice and professional, a decent chap. Happy with the treatment, and an overall lovely clinic and clearly very well run and professional. Just don't be like me, and make sure you've got good credit if you're paying in instalments! Off to Experian I go!

I have been to different skin clinics and this is one of the best in the UK.
