This place is a scam they want to get your money and damage your skin, got pigmentation after laser hair removal and they pretend to be knowledgable but in fact they know nothing! Being a medical professional myself I clearly can identify people who are professionals and have the appropriate knowledge and skills and I can certainly say it’s really scary for these people to deal with laser on peoples skin, I’m still dealing with the damage and pigmentation caused by their useless uneducated staff. Please go somewhere who are medically trained, they don’t record anything and every time you go there there is a new person who knows nothing about you and how many sessions you have left. They are an absolute dumb people, the laser they use really not suitable for dark skin but they try to sell it and which will give you permanent damage.
When you go back they deny it and pretend it’s nothing important, be very careful with this place they are super dishonest and useless!

Laser Hair Removal - I have tried different laser clinics and methods and this one was the only one I did that worked, and very well! It's painless compared to any other laser treatment I have tried and I can see my hair falling out after every session! I have recommended to a few friends and will keep doing so! The staff is super friendly, honest and professional. My therapist, Roberta, is very accurate and genuinely good at her job; sometimes she likes to explain some of the scientific concepts behind the technology and it makes me feel even more trustworthy! Also, I have been sent back from an appointment once as I didn't have enough hair and the session (which I had paid for in advance) would have been useless; I really appreciate the honesty and it saved me one whole session! They also have amazing package deals.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service and definitely recommend this place.

I would like to highly recommend the Clinic NYLC. I have been their customer in the clinic on BAKER STREET for years and I am very happy with the treatments that I have received , the clinic staff are always very welcoming , friendly and they are very helpful finding the best flexible time for me to get my treatments, the clinic itself has always deals that can implement the best on cost for the customers . Robert is the lady who had been looking after my skin and I can indeed see the results. I'm 100% satisfied. She is very nice, once you're under her hands I can tell the confidence that she delivers and her professionalism is just outstanding. I am having the best treatment I could ever expect! Truly recommend.

They are ignoring my request for a refund after causing laser burns following patch test.

I went here for a patch test nearly 2 weeks ago and had to pay half of my treatment cost during the consultation session. I obviously reacted pretty badly to this patch test as I continue to have these burn marks on my skin. I’ve called countless number of times and was told to email someone in customer service as the reception staff were not able to discuss my burn marks further with me. I sent an email requesting for a refund but was ignored and told they can book me in with a senior consultant. I explained that I didn’t want to go ahead with this due to the reaction and would like a refund. They have still have not responded to me.

Obviously quite negligent in their procedure methods and very dodgy that they are ignoring my requests. I would avoid at all costs.

I’ve been having several treatments with my therapist Alex who is so professional and has a bright and bubbly character that is lovely to chat to, makes me feel right at ease when I go to get laser treatment in my bikini area! Definitely makes you feel very comfortable in a treatment that may otherwise be a bit nerve wracking and embarrassing!! Would definitely book further treatments with her again!!!

I had laser in the past - like 10 years ago, then I decided to start new treatment at this clinic and I have never been so satisfied about the result! The team is so welcoming and professional that after finishing my treatment on my legs I have now purchased a new package in different area!
