WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Still hurting from it!

Was charged £400 for c. 15 minutes consultation (total time) for 2 kids; and couldn’t even give a prescription afterwards

They accepted an appointment for a child, we turned up to be told they don’t see children for the treatment we were seeking - still charged us £400 15 minutes consultation anyway

Website says from £100 consultation fee, charged us £200 . Questioned why, said coz we were seen by the director… they should have given us options of what kind of consultants there are so we could make an informed choice….seems like a scam when you
1. Accept an appointment that you can’t treat, and charge for the consultation anyway
2. Book an appointment with with the most expensive person in the clinic when you could have offered options for the us to choose
3. Conduct appointments for 2 patients at the same time and charge double the time; with the appointment lasting less than 20 minutes
3. Be very rigid with giving prescriptions for the treatment… how is it that you insist on a higher prescription that is not suitable for the patient, when you can easily offer the correct one. And totally refuse to consider

5. So basically we traveled over an hour to see the consultant who charged £400 for 20 minutes and no medication, no treatment

Absolutely scam

Total waste of money, total scam. Does not feel like a practice in the third world country!

Fantastic service from the medical practitioner to help me with me issue and recommended follow up treatment.

Unfortunately it was a challenging route to get there - the call centre didn’t listen to my issue and was intent on selling laser hair removal. Also you are unable to contact the clinics directly which was challenging to actually discuss my issue with anyone and also when there was a problem with my prescription. Hopefully rebooking won’t be such a challenge!

Friendly, clear and easy to understand service. Don’t have anything bad say.

Update: Answered all my questions, first session was great. Particularly pain free and I generally don’t handle pain well. The cold cooling device helps. Just listen to some music and relax! Would recommend. Just remember to shave every single corner!

I booked my appointment and was told that the charge would be £100 for consultation.
I asked did this include any treatment I may need at that time .
I was told yes if they can do it at this visit.
I paid my deposit of £50.
When I went for my appointment I was very pleased with the reception and my Dr was very professional.
I was in and out in 10 mins.
Very happy!! Until I was informed that I now had a charge of £238 to pay.
I queried the charge and explained what I was told when I booked the appointment.
The receptionist said that I was told wrongly by the call centre and there is a consultation charge then treatment charge.
So I paid £288 for a 10 minute small Walt removal.
£28.80 a minute.
It’s a shame I feel ripped off .
if I had been told of the price before I would still have had it done and I would quit happy.
Just be upfront with your price structure.

The skinclinic in epsom is really good. Staff from réception to cliniciens arr good and friendly.
They are helpful and the laser hair removal is done in a friendly way whilst remaining thoroughly and focus. If you're considering hair removal, I highly recomment them.

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, super clean environment. Great services. Worth every penny and highly recommend.

I went in for my tattoo removal consultation, Leanne was absolutely lovely. She explained everything to me and answered any questions/concerns I had. We did the patch test and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
Looking forward to my laser tattoo removal sessions now.
