I opted for the milia removal, having never done anything like this before, i was a little nerveous, Paige was a geniuely friendly person and successfully talked me through the process putting me at ease before we began. I've still got a bit of redness but impressed with the results so far. Will throughly recommend this clinic and definitely be returning! We'll done Paige!

I have been going to Paige for around 6 months or so now and she never fails to disappoint. She explains everything in detail and is so easy to talk to. I am an acne sufferer and Paige has helped transform my skin in such a short space of time. I have had microdermabrasion, high frequency and carbon facials. Her service is second to none and I won’t trust anyone else with my skin. After numerous expensive attempts to tackle my acne the skincare company offer an affordable solution that is working for me. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

I have a very bad experience, I paid the deposit, I paid for the laser removal permanent eyebrow (very small space) the person who did it did not even touch the place, the tattoo remained the same. I do not recommend it is very poor service I can't get my deposit back, no one is answering the phone and the door is lockedView less

Paige was lovely but visiting turned out to be a complete waste of time.

I have two tiny tattoos that take 10-15 minutes per session for removal and yet The Skin Care company wanted to charge £100 per session.

For context, I was previously paying £55 for 3 sessions for both tattoos! Absolutely absurd!

First visit with Ione who made me feel very comfortable in nice clean surroundings. I had a very good experience having hair removal. She made it smooth and pleasant. I felt relaxed and was particularly pleased how painless it was. I would recommend this skin care treatment with hair removal as an ideal place, and I found it to be excellent value for money.

A friend recommended them to me and I've not been disappointed. Ione is so lovely, super understanding and discreet. We never run out of things to talk about and she's so easy to get along with. Saying bye to unwanted hair could not be a more pleasant experience!

Edited after 7 months. I was very pleased and satisfied with the lady doing my first 2 sessions but sadly she had to leave. I believe her name was Page, extremely nice and professional lady. At the end of those appointments she explained me everything about aftercare and if I have any concerns I shouldn't hesitate to to let her know over email or just popping by. She explained me how bubbles after a tattoo removal filled with liquid and some blood is normal. She told me not to pop them and that they will go away on their own and they always did. She explained me that the bubbles is the layer of ink that was treated with laser and liquid inside is completely normal. I should also be careful in case I have a red or white circle around my tattoo cause that might hint I got an infection or allergy. My skin after 2 weeks, sometimes more went back to normal. Bubbles were gone in less than a week. It was smooth and the ink was becoming slowly less black and in some places faded or even completely done. I was happy to come back until it was either gone or faded. I was ready for about 10 more appointments or more depending how the ink handles it. After Page left, couple weeks passed and I had another session, a new lady working in the clinic reminded me of the aftercare and the bubbles that might be there. I let her know this time they were much smaller but it was okay. The person performing treatments changed again, I had a session with a lady that was new. I'm not sure if she was new at the clinic or generally in the industry. After the last session I came back after few weeks and again, I was greeted by a new lady. No problem with that but it'd be nice if we could get someone who already worked with returning customers. It's not always possible, I'm irrational to demand one and same person to work there constantly and just for me but it was a 4th change in staff and there's always only was employee in there since it's a small clinic. I was told my tattoo needs more healing and it's normal before my last visit and when I returned I was told that my tattoo still doesn't look healed. That's 3 small parts that still have a white frosting, it's visible mostly when the tattoo is wet or when I put aloe on it and that bubbles were an... allergic reaction additionally I have some scarring on my skin. My skin is also bumpy but it's only less than half of my tattoo and it was the main concern as of why I shouldn't get another treatment. Rightfully so, but that bumpy skin is still there. I did read the terms and rules before having my treatment and I know allergic reactions may come out unexpectedly after couple sessions but I was informed the bubbles were the allergic reaction. After I told 3 previous employees about them, I was even informed after my first session about "bubbles that may look concerning, filled with liquid and maybe a bit of blood" before I even had them for the first time. I tried looking it up and even online a lot of people say bubbles are normal. Normally, I would 100% trust the person doing the treatment and their advice, but I spoke to every employee and 3/4 told me it's normal, so my frustration and confusion doesn't come from the fact I got white frosting, bumpy skin but the fact that I spoke with 4 people and most of them told me it's okay but once the damage was done I was finally told "That's not actually okay" I did say I would've stopped the first session if I wasn't told bubbles are normal, more than once but understandably the lady didn't know what to say and she was sorry. The frustration comes from not knowing what is the actual problem and who is right about my skin issue. I will follow the last advice I got and visit a dermatologist but I will surely not go back and I will stop recommending the clinic to friends for now. If there is a fault on my side it's perfectly fine to let me know and I will change my review, but right now I am left not knowing what happened and why.
