5 stars isn’t enough. I go every month for a massage and I cannot praise sheryl or Alex enough. They are absolutely fantastic at what they do. Excellent pressure and incredible massages. Highly recommend!

I’ve been having my eyebrows done with Resu every couple of weeks for a few months now and I would never go anywhere else! Resu has helped me so much with understanding more about eyebrow shapes and how to grow mine after years of having them done badly, and also given me so much advice about skincare, other treatments, etc. I would definitely recommend!

I have been to this salon three times. Twice for hair and once for a massage. I am happy with all services I have received. My hair was done beautifully by both Sylvia and Francesca. I do highlights, toner,bob and styling and my hair looks great for months with easily replicated blow dry at home. I also like that I can find paid parking spaces nearby.

Went for a lash lift. Absolutely no change in lashes. Except for sheer amount of glue left on my lashes and lids. They offered to re do them the following day or in a few days, but anyone who is trained would know that isn't ideal for your lashes. Also I wasnt asked to sign any waiver or information sheet. In my personal experience, do not get your lashes done here. I had to persist for a refund.

Alexandra is great Shiatsu therapist. I really enjoyed my session. I have a lot of aches and pains due to past injury. I feel very much relief after the session. Thank you so much.

I had a massage session (I wish I didn’t waste my time and money) they put me in a ice cold room I removed my clothes and tried to get ready for massage but I was literally shaking.. they changed the room turned on the electric heater. It didn’t get any warmer..

The lady who is supposed to give the massage was like touching my body with an oil with no pressure or anything. Even I said to her could you do this area she was like “ok” but not doing it. I remember I told her to do shoulder 3 times she said ok and she never done it. I thought maybe is a language barrier I showed her where she needs to massage on my arm and shoulder she said ok and spoke good English and never done the area. She LITERALLY just put oil to my body that’s all. I actually didn’t need I do after shower the same.. It supposed to be relaxing experience but I had the worst one ever, I cannot even say massage for what it was.

She finished early (no surprise) I was still cold and wanted to wash my hands to warm up a little bit then I turned on the lights and I saw around a bit more . Completely disaster, nothing about hygiene. I will never ever forget the experience. Do not waste your money and time. You also may feel they are playing with you!
