I really like the way how I have been deal with. There was no judgment or embarrassment.i had so far only first consultation but I am not looking anywhere else and will carry on with my treatments with SKN clinics. They are know what they are doing and I like how they explained to me each product. They took their time and have been thorough with questions. I can honestly say that they are want to help me.

First time there, everyone was so lovely, even tho i was running a little late, when i called to inform them i couldnt find the place (i am terrible with places,after walking around turns out it was right next to where i got dropped off! ) they called me back as phone got cut off, and luckily i was by the door, lovely receptionist saw me. Felt really welcome, the specialist i saw was so lovely aswell, very helpful.

Always so helpful with my treatment. If there are any problems during my treatment then they will communicate if I want to stop. Friendly staff when I arrive aswell.

I was really impressed with how easy and simple everything was. From booking the appointment to having the procedure. The Dr was very calm and reassuring. Very pleased with all the information provided to me.

Been going a while for laser hair removal, this was the only bad visit, and it was BAD! Was supposed to have full face, which takes a while. She said she had to do a physical exam, new to me, which involved patting my face then feeling for hairs, which she did with GLOVES ON and somehow forgetting we have to shave before treatment. She did a few random shots under my chin, about three on my chin. She then said I was marked down for just the corners of my mouth, despite already doing the few under my chin and then didn't go any where near the sides or ask me to push that area out with my tongue, which you're supposed to do. She then stopped and I had to tell her to do my upper lip, which she rushed through. She also wouldn't tighten the protective goggles and I had to put my head back to balance them over my eyes because I couldn't use my arm and then they broke in halth. I drove an hour there and an hour back for about 5 minuets worth of pointless treatment for a package that cost me several thousand pounds. To say I am really dissapointed and angry is an understatement. If you read this Skin, I won't accept that tech again. This kind of thing gives me anxity. I don't want to be passed around to different techs, the other ladies were great, never a problem. I only want one tech that I feel comfortable with for the duration of the treatment package and not risk being passed around, inevitably enduring someone who is willing to screw me over because they're angry I exist at all.

I’ve just completed my 3 course treatment for micro needling to help improve my acne scarring and pigmentation on my face and I am very pleased with the results my skin is so much brighter and smoother I am very happy. The nurse who did my treatment was amazing, very knowledgeable about what she was doing and very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic and the treatment I had.

Services...as always outstanding...all done very patiently. I would especially like to mention the name of your employee Aimee, she was the one who did my treatment. I must she is very thorough, skill full and displays nice skills. This time the session was over running as I was taking time to adjust with the laser and all, but she didn't mind it at all and not even a single moment I felt she was rushing..Keep up the good work... !!
