The place to go! I have had a manicure and pedicure, and the lady who made it ( Hannah) is absolutely professional, and perfectionist as rarely seen ! All the people who work there, we’re absolutely nice and look after their clients perfectly well. I will definitely come back! Thank you so much !

Nena’s salon is my best find in Notting Hill! I have been coming here for over a year. Nena is a true magician at laser hair removal and her ProMax treatments are best in class at helping shape/slim the body without being invasive. And Nena is super friendly and professional. Love, love. Love!

I had a consultation on 12 September and made 3 appointments for September, October and November.
Nena quoted a price of £1300 for 3 treatments. She promised to talk to her husband and get back to me with a firm price.
I did not receive promised email. Today I called to confirm appointment and check why I had not received email with price.
She could not find my appointments and quoted me the price of £1700!

I’ve been visiting Nena for a couple of years now for waxing, laser and pedicures. Nena and her staff are all highly skilled and I’m always so pleased with the results. Nena is an expert at what she does, not to mention she is absolutely lovely and always makes me feel at home! The facilities are beautiful, clean and relaxing. 10/10 recommend!

I'm sad to say this but the last two times I have visited have not been great. I'm Indian so I know an Indian head massage and that is not what I had. It was more just having my head tickled a little. When you pay £50 for 30 minutes you do expect to get what you pay for. Nena is usually lovely but on this occasion she was distracted. I arrived early and she was free but asked if someone else could take over even though I had made a special request for her to treat me (I usually have Veronica but she was out that day). Nena said she didn't want to do my treatment as she had important phone calls to make. I had paid upfront and made the journey already so I said I didn't want anyone else to do it. Shortly into the treatment I asked her to apply more pressure but it wasn't any better and most of the pressure points were left untouched.
My previous visit last month was with Marlene. Also very soft massage.
The other problem I've had on both occasions which never used to happen before is that you're rushed out of the room immediately after your massage. When someone knocks on the door 5 minutes after asking "are you okay?", they don't really care if you're okay, they really mean get out of my room. Previously Veronica was very happy for me to have a ten minute sleep after a treatment and get dressed slowly.
Very disappointed and sad that Veronica isn't around as much. If she was, I'd be visiting more regularly.
