Camden Beauty Spa

I honestly have no words for my manicure. I have been coming here many times, but tbh its never consistent. Although I think Marcy is doing quite a good job, their products and the tools are very old. Literally I have done my manicure two weeks ago and it never looked worse. Will not be coming back.

Fantastic salon!
Even though I was one of their last customers on a Sunday night, everyone was still very smiley, polite and happy to serve me. I was very pleasantly surprised with such amazing vibe!
And I was very happy with my pedicure & reasonable prices.

So far, I went for one laser hair removal session and prior to that I had a patch test session. The staff in the salon is extremely helpful and friendly, all of my questions have been answered to satisfying degree. After the patch test I have immediately bought a package for hair removal. The session itself was very fast, throughout I have been asked if all is going well, which was reassuring. Looking forward to seeing the effects!

First of all the place is spotless, verry clean, the staff always welcoming and professional.
I come here for my laser hair removal, I did 2 sessions with other girls and 3 sessions with Maya. She is an absolute joy and explaining everything each time, really focuses on how is she doing the treatment!

The laser treatment at Camden Beauty Spa works really well and is the most affordable in London! The staff are very professional and it’s so easy to make an appointment. I recommend this place to all my friends

Camden Beauty Spa is superb. My friend has been recommending them for years and I finally went along. Absolutely excellent - friendly beauticians, clean studio, swift service - what more could you ask for? :)

Incredibly rude and stuck-up receptionist who seems to take pleasure in treating clients like dirt on multiple occasions! It's a real shame as all of the beauticians I've met here are lovely but this one receptionist ruins the entire salon. The whole reason I get beauty treatments is to feel good about myself but every encounter I've had with her has left me feeling like a piece of dirt. I won't be returning to this salon because of her.

Avoid
I had such a terrible experience here when having laser treatment. Maria (I think that was her name) the therapist was very rude, abrupt and even accused me of being a liar, completely unprofessional.
She made me feel very uncomfortable during the session and I honestly just wanted it to be over and done with as soon as possible.
Camden beauty spa should really consider whether they want such awful staff at their establishment.
She genuinely has as much charisma as a wet towel.
