I've seen Irina several times and on each occasion it has been a great experience. She clearly knows what she's doing, she's very friendly and welcoming. Her room and equipment are all immaculate, very clean and state of the art. She is very professional and made me feel at ease. I was very nervous as this was my first experience with laser treatment, I needn't have worried as Irina was great!

The online booking system on her website is extremely easy and straightforward to use.

Irina is so kind and professional. She works quickly and makes the appointment very pleasant. The laser itself is such an improvement from past treatments I’ve had at other places! It’s almost painless, but when the heat occasionally gets too intense, Irina always pauses to give a break and talks you through how much longer/how many seconds are left which makes it so much easier. The other women from Best Laser Room who have treated me when Irina is not available are also extremely lovely and professional. I highly recommend Irina & Best Laser Room!

I’ve bought 8 laser hair removal sessions with Irina and have completed 6 so far. The results are very noticeable! There has been significant hair reduction and the hair that hasn’t disappeared yet is much thinner and takes longer to grow back. Irina is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable at what she does. Her room is always kept immaculately clean and she has a great machine that is virtually pain free. The few times the heat gets too strong she will take a little break & let you know how many more seconds the device needs to be kept on an area in order to get the necessary effects. When first thinking about getting LHR I was worried about side effects but I’ve had absolutely no side effects with the machine Irina uses so the machine is very safe and it’s also down to Irina knowing what she is doing. I highly recommend Best Laser Room for an effective & safe laser hair removal treatment.
