Went in yesterday to get my nails done for my dad’s birthday, and honestly wish I wrote a review as soon as I left.

Asked for acrylic extensions with color and they already look a week old. There is a lack of care and precision by the nail technicians. They literally do not value you as a customer!

The nails are all bubbly, and folding at the bottom. They use old nail polish too! Asked her to make them as thin looking as possible yet did not get this. Asked for coffin but the shape due to overuse of product doesn't even look like that. Just very shabby work, lack of care for both the finished product and the customer.

They literally let me leave with nails that look horrible after having taken my payment first! Would not advise anyone go here. If I knew it would of looked like this I would have never considered paying for this kind of work.

Do not waste your money, their not even that cheep! And if they have someone else, they will literally leave you before finishing the work properly. You are seen only as money and not a valued customer. Really a shame because I was hoping to find a constant nail technician.

Will not be returning!

The worst experience ever , it was the first time I have been there and will never go again. The guy which I think he is the owner of the salon is the rudest and impolite person I have ever met. He is a total fraud and looting customers with their bad quality of the products and service. They do not obey the treat-well law in case of guarantees. Thus, despite of the very high price they give the poor service.
However, I have done my nails in this salon for the first time and was shocked for making the price any minutes higher and higher which I never experienced before.
Even because of a medium length the charge u 10 pound extra. Next day my nails fall off and I went to salon they guy was so rued and told me that he will book me in 10 days!!! Who on the earth walk on the road with all nails done and one broken?
Eventually, I went there another day and he wanted me to pay extra? I asked him I have already paid 60 pound for my nail just 2 days 3 days ago and they should fixed it and should also apologies for their bad quality of nail job. Despite the man was shouting and insulted me a lot.

I’ve tint my eyebrows yesterday . She was clue less of what she need it to do . My eyebrows looks horrible :( one it’s thin and look normally but the other one it’s thick has nothing to do with the other one. I will never ever in my like take a step in that place if this is what they did to my face imagine going in there to have facial treatments .

I do my nails almost every 3 weeks in this salon and recently I had 1.5 hours Korean facial.
I’m very happy with every service and everyone in the salon.
The owner is a very respectful person and the beauticians are amazing. I had my sessions with Sepideh and Sara. They are very professional, creative and excellent at their jobs.
The facial session made an obvious difference to my face. I really recommend it.

I have been going to Infinity Nails for about 6 months, I think, now and I am so happy with them. The lady who does my nails, Maryan, is amazing and she really takes so much care. I have a manicure and have nail art applied and I bring photos of what I would like and it is wonderful how she transforms what is on the photo onto my fingernails.

I love going to have my nails done. It is so relaxing and I come away feeling so happy with gorgeous nails. And it is not even expensive. I would highly recommend Infinity Nails to anyone who wants their nails done in a professional, caring and imaginative way.

I had my nails done by Maryam. She was friendly and amazing. She is a perfectionist! I will 100% go back to get infills with her. I absolutely love my nails. I highly recommend her if you want your nails done.

The owner and staff are reall friendly and welcoming which is really nice to see. The prices for shellac nails are really affordable with a wide selection of colours. Theres also stand up tanning beds and beauty treatments.

Needed a last minute appointment, walked in and they told me 20 minutes and was seen in 10. I got a manicure and shellac design. They were super friendly, professional and it was great value for money. Will definitely be going back, think it will be my new nail salon!
