I'm very happy with the result of my treatment at the Clinic. Dr. Imaa was very knowledgeable. She explained the procedures very well to me. She made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Joelle in the reception was always welcoming, kind and helpful. She also called me after treatment to know if l was well or had any concerns which l appreciated very much. I'll go back in the future. I've been having my sessions in Jill Zander Medical (aka. Sk:n) in Esher, and all the staff are always welcoming and incredibly professional. My clinician, Stephanie was friendly and thorough when carrying out my laser treatments. I have been going to the SKN CLINIC since 2010 in London, Epsom and Now Esher. By far the Esher branch is one of the best practices I have attended. To add to my experience, Jill Zander Medical became a part of SKN. This establishment is next level! They have found the right balance with everything!

The staff who work here are always organised, Joelle is one of the most efficient ladies at the front desk. She will always ensure you are booked in a time frame that is suitable for you and in twine with other appointments you may have. Its rare to find front of house staff who provide a robust pre and post genuine service!

For the past 12 years I have had laser treatment for Full leg, Bikini, Brazilian, Chin, upper lip and some other areas. I only needed a top up after 5 years and I am now having some more top ups. The equipment used is well established and the staff are well trained. Most of all they listen to YOUR needs and adjust accordingly. Currently I have Stephanie, she is an absolute professional. She goes over and beyond. This lady never does anything by half! Truly a great asset to SKN and Jill Zander Medical.

SKN always have competitive rates- as a guide I have booked Hydra Facials with them in courses of 3! Zill Zander in Esher deliver one of the best HydraFacial's. This saves money and ends up being good VFM. I have always done the same with Laser treatment. There are offers all year round and because of this i have always booked with them.

Highly recommend this lovely clinic. I attended for microneedling to my acne scars. Having this done can make you feel uncomfortable and vulnerable, as you are sharing your insecurities so visibly, however the ladies here are so kind, down to earth and make you feel really welcome. They even went above and beyond by coming to my house to swap a faulty product! Rebecca is highly knowledgeable, experienced and professional, making you feel like you’re in safe hands. Whilst Joelle and Stephanie are really friendly and super helpful. Thank you so much for my experience, it made it so much better than I had anticipated. I am also very happy with the results. I will be back!
