I had my laser hair removal consultation today, which included a patch test. Laura is excellent and very friendly. She explained the whole process very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to starting my treatments, I would definitely recommend!

Amazing service provided by Laura, from initial phone call, where she will ask a few questions about what you need, to then having an appointment where you will fill in questions about hair colour, skin type etc. To then having my first laser hair removal session, was so easy. I've had no irritation or redness, and it doesn't take long to do. I actually have a patch where no hair has regrown.
