I had my second laser treatment with the lovely Alisha. She understood how anxious I was feeling with myself having a low pain threshold. She made my experience better by ensuring I was comfortable and talked me through it. I would recommend getting treatments from her.

I had skin needling treatment performed by Alyssa - Assistant Manager. She made me have such a lovely time! She is both so friendly and professional in the same time. She explained to me every part of the process, every solution or tool she was using and why. She made me feel so relaxed and happy. I really recommend her!!!
I also had my next 2 treatments with another wonderful member of the staff, who was also so careful and amazing and she made me have a great time! Moreover, I had a consultation with even another great member of the staff who was again brilliant and careful.

Her energy immediately puts me at such ease and she always completes my treatments with care and thoroughness! She's very professional and reassuring which is exactly what I need & she has always done such a brilliant job, the results are amazing!

I had a really positive experience having laser hair removal for my full body withANJU. She is very professional and makes sure to make you feel welcome. Having recently arrived from Australia I wanted to get some laser done whilst staying at a hotel. I am familiar with this company so decided to pre pay a treatment during the sales. The staff welcomed me in and questioned me thoroughly to make sure I was getting the correct treatment. I have had some reactions in the past and they reassured me that they would take care of me. The entire process was fantastic and I only wish this was my local laser clinics so I could return.

I've been getting full body laser from LCU. Have had quite few therapists since I started ( almost finishing now) they are all really nice and helpful. I've been recommending all my friends to LCU😍However from Anju I've had the best experience, she's brilliant with how she does the laser and so attentive to details honestly. Any concerns I have had she'd provide me good advices. For real she deserves a pay rise! Just wanna say thank you and can't wait to finish my treatment☺️

On my last visit Tatiana did my treatment and she was ever so lovely, professional and has a great sense of humour! She made sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort at every stage. I’ve had a few sessions here and so far the results have been very positive which is great.
