I visited DestinationSkin this morning for a Hydra Facial with the lovely Claire. It’s the first time I’ve been to the clinic and the team were very welcoming, friendly and informative. My treatment process was well explained, and I was given a realistic idea of what to expect to see afterwards, as well as recommended steps to ensure I get the best results from the Hydra Facial (avoiding sun exposure and acidic skin care products etc.)
Claire was fantastic and so helpful. She really put me at ease through the treatment and we had a lovely chat about all things skin!
After my facial I asked for any products she would recommend based on what I was currently using, what results I wanted to see and what may be missing from my routine. Claire wasn’t pushy unlike some clinics can be, and suggested a Hyaluronic Acid serum as I’d not used one for a while.
I was really happy with my overall experience, the treatment and advice received and will definitely book back for more. Thank you so much team Haywards!

It was my last hair laser treatment. My appointment was 11:45 and I came at 11:53 (8 minutes late which I apologised). The staff who was going to do my treatment (I didn't know it was a different person from my previous treatments) was telling me, that I was late and that she can only give me few minutes (as my treatment was only 15 minutes) to do my hair laser treatment. She also said that she has another costumer to deal with after my treatment and that will affect that client's treatment. My question is, was my treatment only 15 minutes? If so, if it's only 15 minutes, and she will have another customer after my treatment, without time allowances, how can she deal her next customer? Thank you.

After struggling with my skin for years on end, I finally took the step to undergo laser hair removal. I met Katie pre-pandemic and her friendly approach put me straight at ease. The whole process from consultation to end of treatment was flawless (even in the height of the pandemic with changing appointments).
