Alex is awesome! I had my first laser hair removal session last week and it went great. I had facials and waxing appointments before and you can tell she has a lot of experience in her job. Alex is a lovely person, I would highly recommend her. Bonus: her salon is always clean and neat, and the appointments are always on time :)

Alex is the most wonderful person! Alex is really lovely and so is her room. Prices are very competitive. I had great results after session 1 on my bikini however after 5 sessions I realised I wasn't getting good enough results on the other areas with thinner hair. I don't think enough time and care is taken at the patch test to find the right setting for each area. Hair is thicker and darker in places and my skin is also darker than average everywhere but my bikini and armpits. I was travelling an hour each time so decided to go somewhere else.
