Absolutely fantastic service. I have had many treatments with different clinics over the years, to remove a tattoo, with poor results. Shirley’s knowledge of laser treatment and her equipment are excellent. Shirley is so kind and was conscious of my comfort through the entire process. After treatments spanning over 10 years with others, I had almost given up hope. I cannot believe the difference in only a few treatments. I can not recommend her enough.

Staff are very professional and patient. They will take a bit of time if it gets too much, which I very much appreciated.

Went in to help with my facial hair so I didn't have to shave as often, and I am very happy with the result. Throughout the treatment, they make sure you're ok and, if something isn't practical (for example, your upper lip is hard to do because it hurts too much), they will suggest a slight change to try and help.

My advice to anyone reading this, regardless of if you end up coming here or not, is if it's too painful in one area, shave that area the night before each session. It's just as effective and it'll hurt less.

Amazing Results!

I had a small but deep scar on my nose which I decided to get treated after having no luck with silicon gels and strips. I decided to book an initial session and six sessions later, the scaring has disappeared completely.

Each session took less than 30 minutes with four weeks between visits, and while the laser can sting a little during the session, there was no lasting pain which was a pleasant surprise.

Shirley was incredibly friendly and welcoming and provided great advice on how to care for my skin going forward to reduce the likelihood of similar issues. I highly recommend.

I had 6 sessions of facial hair removal. It was super painful (especially around the moustache area) but very quick and Shirley was very kind and reassuring throughout.
