Kim is an excellent practitioner. Very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease all throughout the process.
I was particularly nervous at first as I heard that some people find the process painful but as the sessions went on it was just like going for a haircut and I thought nothing of it!
I did not find it painful in the slightest (in fact I found it rather tickly due to the cool air that Kim simultaneously uses whilst using the laser so you barely even notice it!)
The treatment room is exceptionally clean and all health and safety precautions are practiced so you're in good hands! Kim even treats you to a nice soothing facial cream afterwards to ensure your skin isn't irritated although I never experienced any issues.
I would definitely recommend Kim if you're thinking of laser treatment and I would certainly use her services again in the future!
