Absolutely brilliant for quilts.

Easy to use, can pay using card. Can put in mobile number to get a text for when they cycle is almost complete. Washed well. Used dryer as well which again was easy to use and dried well. Quick cycles. Ideal for duvets mattress toppers etc

We took a duvet to be washed it didn't do the job the duvet was not clean.

This is helpful as we've had a washing machine that's taken 4 weeks to be repaired. Only thing is prices are different to previous pictures, it's more expensive now.
No one's really explained the process so:
All touch screen, really self explanatory no way to get it wrong.
The wash cycles are about 30 minutes. The machine has it's own detergent it puts in but I see no sign to not add yours so I think you can add it into the washer with the clothes. I've done this everytime I used it.
Pay has the option for contactless.
Once the wash is paid for, you'll be asked to pick your cycle, this is basically just what temp you want to wash at, where you click the white button to pick. Then green is start. Timer is on, do what you want whilst it washes.
The dry cycle is £3 per 15 min. So i dry for 30 min, which means it costs £6.

In total, depending on load and if you wash and dry, you'd be looking at £11.

Super handy, brill. Just remember the 15 degree wash does NOT spin dry, as it is delicate setting, so clothes will come out wet. Always choose higher setting, it will do very fast spin dry and as long as you have not overloaded drum clothes will come out damp ready for line/ built in dryer.
