Brynfield launderette

Don t go after one hour and half before the closing time. U will not be able to use any machine lasting 40minutes. No logic at all! But sent home twice!!

VERY BAD RACIALIST STAFF:Went to this Launderette, today 31st March 2018 at 9:45. The old lady (not the owner, as I know the owner and she is very nice) was given me a bad look. I asked her can I use one free of 3 tumblers. She didn't answer properly but I took it as yes. I have £20 with me which took it from ATM and asked change for £5. She said no change for notes, then I asked change for couples of coins i had in my pocket (£2, and 1 £1), and she goes.. what is it, I said I need to change for this, she took the £2 and given me 2 £1s.

(Just to mention that I am a regular visitor and I know other staffs , I visit this shop min 2 times a week, but when ever this lady is there she give me a bad look, and I know its because of my color!!!! We are all grown ups and deal with people so very easy to understand)

Coming back to my point, I had 3 bags I loaded one and waited as there was 2 other old ladies there. Once they done, two of them got free. since there was no one else there to put I loaded into one of them. After my first tumbler got finished I put my 3 bag into the finished tumbler and this time this grumpy lady came and told, you are not the only one whom to use this. I can see there were two of them free on the left side (picture uploaded) where I was using. This lady purposely want me to unload. This is where I got upset, I didn't tell any word , just unloaded all my dresses and put back to my bag and waited for the 2nd one to finish. Once the second one finished I didn't load again I just leave. Before leaving I told her that was an unfair and rude behaviour because of my color. I told her I know the owner and I will talk to her, she suddenly changed her attitude and tone and started to tell me, ‘why do you have to talk to Owner, talk to me’. I refused as is not the first time I am maturely ignoring her looks and comments and left the place.There are CCTVs, which anyone can verify what happened.

I spend this amount of time to put a review only because I want people know the true colour of the lady , she have pure racialist attitude which is not good for this shop. The owner should disciplinary action to her behavior.

Good place to do you washing it's alright really nothing special just somewhere you could do your own washing.

I came here because the one I usually use is closed on Sundays. I liked the fact the you don't need any £2 coins. The normal small machines take £4.40 in £1 and 20p coins. However the bigger machine that I actually used does need 3x£2 coins.

I’ve been going to do my clothing Avery weekend, sometimes is busy but there is lot of machines are dryers

I have been using them for years. I have always found them very helpful and accommodating. The staff are kind and friendly. Their service wash and ironing prices are reasonable and it's great to just be able to pop back and pick up lovely clean ironed bedding! I know it's been a tough year for everyone but I think it's really important to support local businesses where you can. Especially those which stayed open and supported us all through lockdown.

Easily a 5* review excellent service with a smile good clean facilities and easy to use machinery straight up it was my first time using a laundrette like a fish out of water i didn't have a clue even though it was quite busy the staff went above and beyond and really helped me out can't thank them enough
