Had a problem with a rotary washing line purchased through B&Q.
Phoned NSM, spoke to Liz Nicholson who took all the necessary details and promised to call back. Which she did within 10 minutes or so.
The upshot was that, on receipt of the original receipt from B&Q, NSM would send a replacement item. Fortunately, for a change, the Post Office did not let me down.
The replacement was shipped on the Thursday, thanks to Becky, and delivered on Saturday morning.
