Laundrette Ongar is the worst service ever. I bought an expensive dress for the wedding and left for them to shorten it and they ruined it. I was so upset, because I was traveling for Croatia and didn't know what to do. The owner told he will call tomorrow but he never did. I would not recommend them ever. When I just think I payed them to mess up my dress😬😬😬They are an emberassment.

Had such a wonderful experience at this laundrette! The staff are so welcoming and friendly that I had no choice but to make this my regular laundrette! Always get great customer service with a smile :) and they are so knowledgeable about everything they do, gave me brilliant advice and little self help tips that I can use at home. I would definitely recommend this laundrette to all and always look forward to bringing my weekly wash here!

A great launderette. We run a business and needed a place that washes our interiors to a high standard. We received some helpful advise about stain management and prevention. Staff are very knowledgeable and efficient aswell as the laundrette being so clean and great to have staff to hand for any questions. Highly recommend
