Nice place with good machines. Big washers are £8 and smaller are £5, driers are 9mins for every £1. Comfy chairs to relax while waiting and there's a co-op opposite if you need it. Lots of parking around too depending on when you get there.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a full grown woman, when I asked what kg the big washing machine was and the assistant did not know!! Then the machine was already on a cold wash so when I told the assistant to stop it she said she would get the manager....was I in for a shock and a telling off! She spoke to me like a 2 year old and told me I should have asked someone how to use the machine? She was rolling her eyes and when another customer said there should be instructions she shouted at her and said she had run this shop for 10years! I’m actually shocked at her customer service skills she talks to people like they are idiots! Will not ever be going back there again.

A very rude and unhelpful lady works there. I will never give someone my business with such an awful attitude. Reading other reviews, I can see I'm not the only one unfortunate enough to meet the old dragon.

I found the lady here very rude and unhelpful and would not even let my toddler use the toilet. Never again will I step foot in this so-called business.

A very rude, unprofessional and miserable old lady works there who has the most disgusting attitude and is so unhelpful. She thinks it’s okay to get mouthy with me and tell me to leave “her” shop and go elsewhere just because I told her the shop still had the “closed” sign showing. I wonder who the manager is and if I could take this complaint further. Absolutely appalling and totally disgraceful because the people around this area are so friendly.

Extremely rude staff, demanded i have to wear a mask due to covid... also demanded I waited outside in the torrential rain to avoid overcrowding, when I was the only customer.
Very aggressive little lady working there. I won't be coming back again

Located in a residual area but not too far away from the main road a2042. They are some local shops near by should fancy a snack. They prefer to kinder not wait inside of its too busy, with all the concurrent pandemics on at the minute. Allow 25 to minutes if doing the washing however when drying. Mostly depends on your load of washing as it's £1 for 7 minutes. The lady on the shop floor was really helpful and you can get some change if need be. Coop have a cash machine free of charge as well, as this is not a contact less payment shop.

Well that was an experience. As I haven't used a launderette in years I first phoned to check how much a duvet would cost to wash and how to pay in this strange time. On arriving about 15 minutes later I walked in with my mask and said I had phoned earlier with no response as the staff were eating and drinking. I was asked if I wanted a service wash but I responded with no. I hadn't a clue what machine and what the procedure was . 1 lady did put he food down slopped off to a machine. She wanted to know the size of the duvet because of the different prices. The duvet was a medium. There was no chat just pointed to where I put the soap powder and I gathered where the softener went. I was told to put £8 in the machine, which I did. Didn't know if I had to do anything with dials but was just told to be back 45 mins. I returned 45 mins later. I tried to open the door as instructed on the machine but the other assistant open with a struggle. I left with a thanks.
There was NO customer care, they were talking in their own language, which is very rude. If they are the owner they don't deserve the business and if they are employee the owner needs to send them on a course on customer care
