Should be closed down machines take money that don’t work and no one there to help you. Phone number rings no answer they see message and don’t reply. Place is a scam no start button says press start🤷‍♂️ 7 pound coins no return. No soap had to buy from shop down the street and get change. Only to find they don’t work. STAY CLEAR RIP OFF THIEVES

I've just left this review on Cylex website: "Don't use. Machine costs £7 in pound coins. I put them in and it's dead. I pressed return but only got three back. I filled in a card and put it through the locked office door. Card says "if you've lost money you will be contacted promptly". A week later I phoned the number on all the web listings and it says: "number invalid"."
I also just sent this formal complaint to Hilligdon Council by email:

I went there to wash double duvet sun 2nd Oct. Very clean. £7. But the machine was smaller than it should be. Had to squash duvet in.it says it's for duvet so should be bigger. Dryer should last a bit longer.

AVOID !!!! The machine tool my £7 then wouldn't start and won't return the money. NO ONE answers the phone to assist ! SCAM

A contact number would be useful so when the machines go wrong you can leave a message so you can get a refund or let then know what machine is down perhaps the machines need to be numbered
Still no contact number maybe trading standards need to be contacted
Prices have gone up still no contact number or email address

Faulty machines stealing your money - AVOID

This place is completely run down, all it does is steals people’s money. Put in the cheaper one, don’t accept coins, moved my laundry to more expensive, swallowed £7 like sweets and never turned on. Thought I’m doing something wrong, put £1 more, still dead. Tried their number first, not in service, filled in the paper form for return, now don’t have my laundry done, don’t have charge for better laundry service elsewhere and while reading the other people’s reviews just lost all hope to recover the money at all. Why won’t they just take advantage and keep the money for nothing like with others...? Ripped off by rotten thieves. Cheers-will try make the council shut you down for this service.

You need coins £2 £1 etc and is a big problem to get coins close to that place, nobody is there and there is no changing machine. You will lost 1 hour looking for £2 coins or you need go to the bank before the laundrette
