Launderette - Stafford Road

The lady in the launderette was so kind and helpful. First time using a launderette and it was a lovely experience. Parking can be a bit tricky but the actual launderette is great!

The shop looks dated and could do with a facelift but the machines are well maintained and easy to use. The lady that runs the shop is always happy to help. COVID rules in place. Will return. Happy customer.

First time user doing all the boy's uni bedding etc. Didn't know where to start but the lady who works there was so helpful and kind. She walked me through the process. Fantastic experience. She's a diamond.

The lady that works in here is amazing!!!! I've never used a laundrette before so was a bit anxious about where to start. The lady, and her friends that were visiting couldn't of been nicer!!! They even let me use some washing capsules as I clearly looked clueless! I was well looked after. Thank you!!!!

If you do not know how to use the machines ask the lady. She was extremely helpful . I didn't have change and see gave me change from £10 to operate the washining machines and the tumble dryer. The little old lady here is of foreign decent so she's a little sharper in her matter than an English person would be. She doesn't suffer fools 😂😂. Very clean and tidy. If you have a small wash do not use wash and wear setting it only lasts 12 minutes. The small washing machines are £4 for a 25 minute wash £5 for a large machine. £1 for 15 minutes in the tumble dryer.
Once on side the little lady is lovely.

Just had a Chinese women tell me all the dryers were busy and to not come in!!
The lady with blonde hair then said to come back after 1 hour to use the dryer.
There was a dryer with out a customer Free. I have noticed this Chinese women aggressive shout at people of COLOUR many times. Ans she is a customer only who comes to the laundrette every day.
Rubbish place dont use it.

Had to get a double duvet done. The duvet and 1 pillow fit in the large machine comfortably and took about 35 mins. There was a lady on hand to advise and a gent to give some change today. All very helpful. Cost is £6.20 for a large machine, £5 small machine, 20p for about 3 mins in dryer which was pretty powerful with a duvet, longer would have been amazing I'm sure had I had time. It's 50p for washing powder. Parked in Sainsbury's. Avoid bringing kids until restrictions ease as it's 4 adults at a time inside.
