Rainbow Launderette

Such a lovely launderette -- everyone is so helpful and considerate! I came here to wash a duvet and the staff were beyond helpful. They found me change for the machines and showed me how they worked, and then after the wash completed and they saw that I was struggling with the big damp duvet, they came along to help me fold it and bag it up to take home! So kind, and above and beyond what I'd expect.

Highly recommended, and definitely somewhere I'll be coming to again :)

If I could give zero stars I would. This is based on my experience dealing with the man that works in rainbow laundrette. I brought in cream curtains to be washed. I asked if he could wash them on a cold wash because I have done this before and they were fine. When I came back the next day to pick them up he said that he didn’t get all the stains out but at least they are cream. I found this a strange thing to say. It wasn’t until I went home and opened them up to discover that they were completely ruined there were black marks and ironing marks all over the curtains. I rang to discuss the service. He was shouting down the phone saying that I tricked him into doing a cold wash. After he spoke so poorly to me on the phone I decided to speak to him in person. When he saw me walking in he greeted me with ‘You came here looking for a fight’ took the money out of the cash register and threw it at me and told me to get out. I do feel because I am a woman he was trying to belittle me I’m sure he would not do the same if he were dealing with a man. I was so upset when I left. I felt like he treated me like dirt. I will never have anything to do with this company again. I strongly advise against using this laundrette. If you have a complaint this is how you could be treated. Throw money at your face and tell you to get out. In the end had to buy new curtains. See video attached

I’ve used this dry cleaners twice to do my little daughter’s school uniform because my dryer is not working. They are amazing and their customer is outstanding. Affordable prices.
I will be a regular customer from now on.

It's a family run business, all the staff are very helpful, sefl serving or service wash, dry cleaning, repairs etc you need to get your clothes clean 😉I would recommend it to all.

my coat has no more padding following a dry clean at this establishment. Very disappointing as the guy said it needed a special dry clean and therefore charged me extra.

Never I will go again to this shop , I gave them my jumper 190 pounds to clean and came back with a really bad smell and smaller …. Asking for a refund and he was just mental of course didn’t have my refund back
Really bad customer service

The worst place I’ve ever known to wash clothes. The staff’s politeness is terrible and the clothes smell worse than when I took them to be washed. Definitely not recommended

I have had a zip repaired as the neckline of a dress changed and both are excellent professional jobs! Friendly service, convenience of texting me when my items are ready, great prices. Thank you!
