I’m a pain when it comes to the finish. I’d be classed as a painful customer. All I can say is I will not take my shirts anywhere else.
These girls have delivered 100% every week for years for me. I tried so many other places before I stumbled over this gem....I even prefer to save up washing/ironing from the US and bring it back rather than being done locally in California. I’m not going anywhere else!

Lovely place. Great, friendly staff, and the best service wash you'll ever get. I've been going to these ladies for over 20 years. I have a service wash, and usually pick it up the next day. You can get it done in one day, just go in early. I've NEVER had to iron anything, it comes out of the dryer just right, and each item is beautifully folded. Not a crease anywhere. They've never lost anything, and I've never had anything to moan about. Save yourself from the horrors of trying to untangle all the stuck together clothes, and cry with joy at not having to spend hours at the ironing board. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm never going anywhere else. And the clothes never wear out either. Pop in and introduce yourself to a much easier way of washing clothes. You won't be sorry, I promise you. Easy parking and a 10 yard walk to the door.

Disappointing service and rude staff who were unwilling to help despite very obviously having the ability to fulfil my request.

Caveat emptor. When items sent in for laundering didn’t come back, we asked to do an independent inventory check with L&P. Within weeks, they asked us to leave as customers. We are now at Trumps (who collects and delivers) and it is night and day.

I took my duvet and faux fur throw in to be washed and dried and I couldn’t fault the service, lovely staff who took time to ask me my preference on detergent ( they use all the big names brands) which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely use again thank you

Very negative lady. I dont know what kind of jobs they do. She said they dont wash and press shirts. Stay away!
