Just received my first load of ironing back, very happy!! I sent a load of bedding and all of my summer clothes which I'd dug out ready for holiday. It's come back either beautifully folded or beautifully hung. It was easy to organise with the app, the guy who picked up and dropped off the ironing was polite, smartly turned out and gave excellent customer service (even asked where I was going on holiday). Credit where it's due, excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely use again and all the girls in the office want to use the service too!

If I could give a 0 for this company I would. I strongly advise anyone considering using this service not to use it!!! They give false information about providing a 24hr service or any service at all to be honest. I placed an order on Thursday expecting it to be arriving on Friday as promised by the collection driver. After haggling over live chat I was then offered Friday night delivery, but still no one showed up. I was then told Monday would be the next day for delivery. It is now Monday afternoon I am still waiting. When you try to contact them they're phones say they are unavailable and the live chat is now offline as well. My first order was 24hours late as well. Do NOT use this service.

LOST LAUNDRY NO IDEA WHERE IT IS. They have had my washing and ironing for 2 weeks now and absolutely no idea if I will ever get it back. The value of my ironing is at least £400 more likely £500+ as was lots of shirts and tops!!! They dont return emails or phone calls so time to take legal action I guess. Dont use them as this has happened to me a couple of times and I stopped using them. They then said theyd had problens and stupidly I decided to give them a second chance . BIG MISTAKE Wendy Wright I'd give zero stars if it was possible

Please no one give your clothes to them for anything. They have taken my 3.2kg clothes on 7th Nov 17 and till date no one showed up to deliver . They are neither picking up the phone and have also disabled my chat option too. Please beware.

As stated by several other people, the service provided by this company is abysmal. They literally have no respect for you at all as a customer nor the trust you put in them when you hand over hundreds of pounds of clothes for them to iron.

I've used them twice, and the first time actually went very smoothly with the collection and drop off happening on time. A couple weeks later I booked another collection. When they failed to return the ironing on time they automatically messaged me to re-book a new drop off the next day. They missed this too. They were very apologetic when contacted over web chat and promised they'd return the ironing the next morning. They didn't turn up. Then their web chat went offline for a fortnight (no joke). And it turns out none of their phone numbers actually work. Obviously they don't reply to emails.

So about a month later I'm still missing my ironing and they're still ignoring every attempt I make to contact them.

Please don't use these people. This is not one person having a bad experience. This is fundamentally a company that does not care about its customers.

I actually used this company for 18 months and was happy with the service. Something has obviously changed recently as they have become a joke of a company! They have had my order for 3 weeks with multiple promises to deliver (when in can get hold of them) and most of the time they just ignore all emails, live chats and calls!! On top of that, on the rare occasions that they do answer, they blame me for not answering the door when they supposedly tried to make the delivery! A court claim has been submitted and would recommend anyone else with similar issues to do the same as they simply just do not care!

This used to be an excellent service. I don’t know what’s gone wrong but the last time I used them it took two weeks and a lot of hassle to get my things back. I stupidly gave them another try - as I said, they used to be excellent - but my ironing was due back to me on 4th May and I’m yet to get anyone to respond to me. I’ve tried email, phone, text, app.... I feel sorry for the reception staff who pick their phone up. I eventually got it out of one of them that they don’t actually work for HOTP but their calls ‘bounce’ to them. Seems to me all their calls go to them. I just want my clothes and linen back.

Awful service. Never showed up when they said they would deliver. Ignored all my attempts to contact them for days. Their phone line isn’t taking calls. DO NOT use this company. Something isn’t right. Does not deserve the start given but there is not option to review with no stars.
