Quickwash

1 of 4 machines not working, 1 of the 3 working just swallowed £4. No attendant 11.30am on Sunday and no contact number on display to raise the problem.

I won't be ungrateful because it's a helpful service when you have duvets, pillows, etc to wash but please! One machine had a dirty plaster in it, another one had a lost sock (seems dirty on top of it) . What is your staff for!? The minimum, for basic hygiene, would be to have a member of staff going around the machines and cleaning at the end of each day. Plus some machines are smelly: we can't even know when were they last reviewed, checked, deep cleaned. I'm talking about quality of service here and there are improvements needed.

£9 for a large washer for a quilt to find the water completely cold. Attendant was lovely, very helpful, Che ked the hot water timer and it was set to go off at 6.30pm every night even though they are open until 7.30pm. Attendant refunded my money but wasted money on powder and wasted time. Don't come after 6pm your washing will be washed in cold water!

Went in as my washing machine had broke down. The lovely lady who works Saturday’s helped explain everything which was very clear and easy to use.
overall a very stress free experience.

Presumably when the attendant is here it’s great. However, without an attendant telling you which machines work rather than eat your money for no results, which ones take the detergent powder rather than just wash your clothes in water and what actual temperatures each setting means it is completely and utterly toss. Never come here on a Sunday

Have been to this laundry weekly and had no issues with nice lady manager. Today was physically turned away 1 minute after last wash time at 16h30 by an abusive young man who obviously wanted to close the laundry early. He physically removed my clothes from the machine and tried to justify it by saying the water pumps stopped. The closing time advertised was 20h00 so there was plenty of time. Obviously this business does not care about good customers and retaining customers to sustain their business. Happily will move to another laundry.

You can buy a brand new double duvet at asda cheaper for the price you're being charged to wash your dirty one here...

Always a machine available. Good choice of size dependant on load. Clean environment
