East Hill Launderette

Been using East Hill Laundrette for approx. 2 years now. All the staff are lovely and they provide a high level of service. My laundry is always done quicker than expected and tougher stains are treated in the right way to make sure they come out. I would highly recommend using the Drop-off service. Thanks guys :)

20.45 and woman says shes about to close.
My clothes are still in tumble dryer.
My money is in that tumble dryer as I paid and I cant get it back. Am about to go on my holiday next morning and I need my clothes to be dry but all of these dont matter... As shes about to close.
Thanks for ruining my holidays by giving me the opportunity to have smelly clothes as they were all damp. I still had time and that 15 min would really make a difference.

Never coming back again. There are plenty services with nicer staff.

I normally go to temple hill but had na change and went to east hill instead, I was impressed that you don't need to keep all your change as they do payments on washers and dryers by card , this is where I'll be going from now on , and also machines and dryers plus the laundry was very clean ,👍

Amazing launderette. The prices were amazing. £8 for a large wash and £1 for a good 6 mins wash.

I have so much respect for the owner this business. Following my review below I did last week and the email exchange that followed. The owner took my criticism positively and acted upon it immediately. I was at the laundry today and was pleased to see the contact details displayed clearly just incase customers face issues. Just a way you want business owners to be, whether big or small, it's to listen to the genuine needs of thier consumers. I must admit I have a washing machine and dryer at home, but I have started coming here to dry my cloth as this works fantastically well...

Becareful!! The contact less machine will take a payment but some of the machines will not communicate with the system. I lost £4 someone just before me lost £8. Then someone else said last Sunday 3 people lost money, so how many more throughout the week? The crux is, when this happens there's no one around to help no number to call. No one addressing the issue - very poor service. But when it works it works well, albeit with high potential of losing your money. The system doesn't provide receipts, you can't prove anything and can't talk to anyone.

Excellent facilities, don't need to worry about having change in your pockets, as you can pay with your debit card.

Brilliant launderette. Has a range of different sized washing machines including a couple of very big ones where you can get a king-sized duvet washed. No need for loads of coins, as you can pay by contactless card. Highly recommend.
