I have been here a number of times when visiting London they always do a wonderful job. Genuinely friendly and helpful, on more than one occasion have gone out of their way to help me out, when I have come in late and having an urgent load to wash.

The service lady who works there was unfair and let the person who came after me use the dryer after she was finished with it although she saw me sitting and waiting. When I asked her why she did so she told me "don't argue with me!" And "you can go complain" as if she owned the place. Very unacceptable behavior.

3 months ago a rude lady cut in line and was promptly told off by the manager. She gave her such a scolding. Excellent value and wonderful staff with a great sense for fairness.

Small with friendly customers. Very rigid about hours. Last wash is at 9 PM. Closing is essentially 9:30 PM, since one of the women starts cleaning and will start pushing you out.

The lady that works there is rude! Will never go in during the day again when she is there. Very bad attitude and clearly thinks she can talk to you anyway she pleases!

A bit shabby and rundown, always busy. The lady who’s in charge of the shop always keeps her head down, focused on her responsibilities. But she is helpful when needed. Now that the shop has been closed for an unknown period of time, I actually miss having it around.
