Customers will be lost as all 9 machines were used for service washes. The assistant then took all the dryers. Her time is obviously more important than customers . I'll go elsewhere in future.

I have been using Shakti launderette for many years now... A well ran family business... Clean tidy.. quality equipment even tho abit on the pricey side but very good quality service...

Lovely little woman, great vibes, and goes above and beyond to see that our clothes are clean and fresh 👌🏻

She needs a pay rise for her great services haha, would recommend to anyone, beautiful woman, and top notch services 👌🏻

Closing at 6pm Last dry at 5pm doors closed 4:50 when only 1person inside will not try to go there again.

Employee that works there is very rude and condescending. Won’t be using their services again.

Very good place to wash and dry clothes. They actually have 3 sizes to choose from for the washing machines so rest assured no load is too small or large. Prices are £6 and £8 for small and meduim machines. I forgot how much the largest one cost. Then its 50p for drying. I put in £3 for a small load to dry. Took about 25 minutes. There is a lady who can give you change for the machine and answer enquiries. Yes it may be pricey but it only takes about 30 minutes to wash. It is very clean and tidy and of course you can sit there while you wait with nice music playing from the radio (not loud) Just what I needed while I wait for my washing machine to be fixed. Good value

Went on Sunday at 4:30pm. Closing time was 6pm and the laundry assistant wouldn’t let me in! Won’t go there again

Paid £16 pound for a service wash, none of the clothes were cleaned, I called them and was told the bedding has been washed, I said the bedding is not clean, to which she replied the " no, washing done, you go"? I'm not happy, will never use them again
