Great Place. I came in without having a clue of how to use the machines, whether people will be able to help me, if there is a cash point nearby, prices, if they offered their own washing powder/detergent. However I was pleasantly surprised. I cam in at 9:30am on Saturday morning, the place was already quite busy (which is a good sign!) I was greeted by the owners of the place who asked if I needed a small or big machine and if I would be needing more than one. Unfortunately there was no clear pricing anywhere, but the lovely people already using the machines helped me out. Small machines are £4 (2 £2 coins) and larger machines are £5 (2 £2 coins and a £1). The overall use of machine is very simple, and anything you don't understand you can ask the attendants. I had some cash on me but worried I'd need to get it changed. The attendants have the correct coins with them and are able to provide you with change on the spot. They offer their washing powder (20p per cup if I remember). They have tumble dryers, which are quite huge. They're a £1 (but you can insert 20p's). They have their own laundry baskets which you can borrow and also offer a washing service for you - you can drop off your things with them and they will do it for you, I am unsure if this is wit extra cost though. Overall really nice and clean place, very friendly staff attendants which are always ready to help and answer any questions you may have. Would recommend this place!

This place is amazing as its always open even during lock down. Your offered coffee while you wait and its warm and cosy. Staff are very polite and kind.

WOW! there this is a very nice place because there is a coffee house right next to it so I can easily get some food when I am hungry the staff are very nice too
