Absolutely awful. I took two items of clothing in to get cleaned. A week later I returned only to find that had they forgotten to clean one of the items.I had some money in my wallet so paid for them. The lady told me to leave it another week. I returned a week later to pick up the items and informed the lady that had already paid for them. she turned on me saying that i definetely had not paid for them. As i had not asked for a receipt it was my word against hers. The next 15 miniutes became very heated and i became very upset. As i already paid £21 I was not taking this lying down.To get my clothes back i had to pay again.This lady was extremely rude making out I was a liar, afterwards saying never to come in the shop again, needless to say I would never go back there again. Worst experience I have had getting my clothes cleaned

This is new place now - DEOL'S LAUNDRY, absolutely brilliant, very new, modern and airy, all machines brand new and available, spanking clean and very efficient, washing comes out quite dryish, so no need for additional spin, just wash and go to enjoy your day😁😁😁 what a discovery and all the best to the team, thank you

Took 6 bags in for a service wash for a client.
The staff was really helpful, the premises was pristine, staff was really friendly service wash was ready in a couple of hours.
Clothes were all folded neatly, and re bagged in fresh bags.
Clothes smelt amazing.
The price was reasonable & the client was really happy.
Will defo use again.

Pleased to say I've now found a superb launderette with adequate parking and a cash machine located conveniently outside. The place was spotlessly clean and Karen was on hand to supply change and advice and friendly conversation. This will most definitely be my regular place from now on. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. 😃
