C C Launderette & Ironing Service

Terrible service. Payed for a service wash when i arived they had left the wash un folded by the front door. The lady at the till was very rude and more intrested in her phone. Full of attitude and no work ethic.

Phoned Saturday enquiring about a service wash for collection today. The young lady was very polite and friendly when I dropped off my washing. On collection today same young lady was there...I got everything home and thought I had the tidious task of folding and pairing up the socks...it was all done already. Thank you xxx

I am very disappointed with this laundrette. We spent about £26 at this laundrette.
We arrived at the laundrette at about 4h45pm with lots of clothes being that we recently went through an incident.
I spoke to the lady in charge asking her some practical questions about how the machines work.
She had no smile on and was very abrupt.
I thought she just lack some customer service skills so I tried to ignore it!
We then told her that we would return after the clothes were washed.
She replied "you need to be quick"
We did as fast as we could, but there was a bit of traffic on our way back so we were 7 minutes late. The lady told us that we would need to time ourselves as she needed to go home at 7pm. At that time I felt she should have explained the whole process earlier and speak to us with better tone as I felt belittle and spoken down on, with no respect.
She then expressed that she had to clean the floor and our children apparently were disturbing. I told her that all she had to do is ask nicely and I asked my children to step out of the premises.
I feel the laundrette is fine but this lady obviously needs to be retrained as she lacks on her customer service skills big time.
I would not recommend this laundrette as long as this lady holds on to her bad bad customer service manners.
We later on, went to another laundrette in the area to curry on drying our clothes and were nicely received and looked after

Unlike the previous comments, I was met with a very polite and helpful lady who answered all the queries asked patiently and showed the different machines available. The venue was maintained very cleanly, it has card payment facility, no need to rummage on the coins, off street parking, no waste of money on parking, will definitely recommend.

The lady working was very welcoming, she gave me change she welcomed us back when we came to collect the washing. Everything was clean inside washing machine etc. Suprised to see all the bad reviews.

The lady who was there was very helpful and the prices were quite cheap, I came in at 16:50 and she was going at 5 but she still helped me for a 40 minute wash: would definitely come here again. Great service!
